I am begrudgingly writing this review ;). But they deserve one. Blacks are by far the best conveyancer that I have used. I have now bought at 5 properties using them. Liam and his team are excellent. They are extremely efficient and work hard. If only their counterparts - the seller's solicitors could be as good. However Blacks are very good and chase up the other party even when they are unresponsive.

Having applied for a remortgage I found out my chosen solicitor wasn’t on the mortgage company so I chose to go with Blacks. From beginning to end Rebecca and Ella was amazing, so much so that I’ll be using them all of the conveyancing matter going forward.
