I've bought 4 Layen products over the last 2 years for my own use and as presents - and loved them all .
My Layen I-Dock suddenly stopped working a week ago. I contacted customer service who were most helpful and gave me 'trouble shooting 'tips to resolve the problem . Unfortunately none of them worked.
Even though I'd purchased my device through Amazon ( a whole different ball game !) Layen agreed to replace my 'dead' unit directly and I'm now happily listening to my music again.

I emailed the company to query a compatiblity issue and they responded promptly informing me my Pure Contour 100Di had not been tested with their product but did suggest a couple of alternative products which might work. I ordered a I-SYNC and it works brilliantly.

Fantastic. Very helpful and assisted promptly to my email requests. Thank you Dawn for such great service. You are an asset to the company.

I haven't been able to use my old Bose SoundDock in years. Decided to give this a try and expected to be sending it back. Placed it on the connector and presto, 30 seconds later I was listening to music! I am really, really impressed!

Great product. Can use my Bose Dock again. Support was very helpful and patient with a rookie. Highly recommend it. Using it with a AP80 Pro-X Hidizs player. Sounds great!

We recently moved house to here in Devon, and after opening many boxes I came upon my Jarre Industries Aerosystem. Happy about this I thought time for some music, after what seemed like ages of looking I couldn’t find the original 30 pin docking device to connect my iPhone to the Aerosystem. So distressed and annoyed I told my wife about it and she suggested Layen I - Dock, so looking it up myself we decided to order based off of the other very positive reviews. Within a few days the Layen I-Dock arrived. I took it out of it’s very neat package, and proceeded to my Aerosystem, following the instructions manual , I then connected my iPhone via Bluetooth. What followed was a delightful experience, I could control my music from the kitchen or lounge or even out in the hallway, and even upstairs from any of the bedrooms. No loss in sound just ease of use. Thank you Layen for creating an amazing product that isn’t expensive and to Dawn for the absolutely great customer service.

I have just purchased a Layen I-Dock Bluetooth adapter for my Speaker making it usable from my iPhone.
The set up was easy and I was up and running in a minute or so!
The quality of this adapter is very good…not only does it look very smart, it actually feels that it is a premium product.
The sound quality is first class with no background noise or any interference noted.
So to summarise…I am delighted with this Layen I-Dock and would recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality Bluetooth adapter for their speaker.

I am thoroughly impressed by the excellent Customer Service I have received from LAYEN this week. It far exceeds my expectations.

I purchased a LAYEN iSYNC to convert the I just purchased a Layeni-sync to transmit music through the dock of my YAMAHA ISX-800 unit.

The ISX-800 accepts inputs into its DOCK from iPod classic, iPod nano ( 2G - 6G ), iPod touch, iPhone 3G , iPhone3GS and iPhone4.

I was immediately able to connect iSYNC with my iPhone Max Pro 13. However, the Yamaha IXS-800 was not able to receive any signal.

I wrote a quick email to LAYEN seeking guidance and received a very quick email response from DAWN.

Sadly, this appears to be a case of lack of compatibility with the ISYNC programming and Yamaha's dock. That's completely understandable because there is massive variation in 30-PIN connectors (yes, these 30 PIN connectors carry microchips programmed to convert and transmit a multitude of data).

Dawn provided me with options for alternative models to transmit music to the Yamaha unit and also explained to me how to return the iSYNC.

Dawn's email was personalised to me and my specific situation and demonstrates genuine customer-centric values at play at LAYEN.

I bought this receiver for my sister to use in holiday home abroad but unfortunately it didn’t work properly. I was past the window of returning via Amazon but I contacted the company direct and after some fantastic customer service they sent a replacement which works well. It has enabled us to reuse a great Bose speaker (bought for iPod) that would otherwise have been defunct. Fabulous product and great service

Had a defected product but customer service was immediately on top of it and ensured I had a new product right away and helped troubleshoot the issue as well. Love it when the company tried to back their product like this. Makes me trust the products that much more.

Had a problem with my Bose Sounddock series 1 playing up - and hence couldn’t use the Bluetooth gizmo. These guys’ troubleshooting section weasel brilliant- I did what they suggested and now everything is working again.

Brilliant and prompt service. Good communication too. I give it 5 stars for being standout in a very busy marketplace. I bought the aux Bluetooth adapter to turn my Bowers and Wilkins zeppelin into an up to date wireless one as it would be tricky to use in the future as it needed the no longer made apple iPod to play my music. It paired with my iPod instantly, can’t ask for more.

Found difficulty claiming my 10 % discount and registering for warranty. One quick email to Layen ( Dawn ) problem resolved very quickly. Not only a great product but also great support. Thank you guys!

I don't usually write reviews but I actually had trouble with the simple installation. There are really only two steps, how difficult could it be, but I managed to have an issue. I reached out to LAYEN and they were fantastic. Responsive, helpful, and within a quick email exchange I was up and listing! thanks
