Extremely helpful and efficient.
This was an easy and efficient purchase and the lens was like new and all as described. I spoke to David in the Bristol shop who was extremely helpful in my decision to buy the lens which arrived the day after purchasing it and I am delighted with it. Excellent Advice and service Bristol Store
Phoned up requesting more information on a Nikon 70-200mm lens, asking if a lens case was included. The colleague wasn’t sure so he said wait and I will find out talking to me while he went looking. Then explained that it was like new and the strap was still sealed and new. The lens when I received it was I would say even better than described.

Quick and Securely Packed
Really quick delivery of my new 180-600mm Nikon lens, the lens was extremely well packaged, would’ve taken a high speed collision with a truck to do any damage to it. All as described, brand new in box lens in perfect condition, will definitely use again in future

I'm so grateful to Ewan (Bristol) for sorting me my D Lux 8 in advance of my holiday. I was top of the list but the camera was sold out at his branch. He eventually found me one. Also, thank you to Matt, the Manager at Southampton.

Excellent, as usual with LCE
I called the Bristol branch with some questions about a used Fujifilm X-T3 camera, and the member of staff patiently examined both the camera and box contents to answer my questions before I made the online purchase.
The price was reasonable, and the camera arrived promptly via DPD overnight delivery in excellent condition.
In my experience "Good" condition from LCE often equates to "Excellent" with other online retailers.
