Fantastic customer service from Lisa who located the camera I’ve been trying to buy for many weeks across multiple retailers and gave me first opportunity to purchase. Now a happy photographer ready for a holiday shoot. 😀

My ‘local’ LCE store is the Southampton (Civic Centre) branch where the service is always exemplary.
When I saw that the Newcastle branch had a used example of a lens I wanted I had no hesitation in ordering it.
My e-mails were dealt with, promptly and efficiently, by Richie and the lens was delivered to me the next day.
Although the lens was ‘used’ it was in perfect condition and I was delighted with it.
The Newcastle branch lived up to the extremely high standards I have come to expect from LCE.
