I’ve been a customer of LCE since the 90’s, and always get great service from the Southampton High Street branch.

A couple of years go, Paul provided great service when I traded in my old Sony A6000 for the A6700 and a new lens.

This past weekend, at a “Coffee and Cameras” event involving Manfrotto, Marc provided great service and a good deal on a new tripod. It wasn’t in stock, but I was able to collect it today (they did offer to post, but I had the afternoon free).

Everyone is always up for a chat, and there are various events throughout the year, including photo walks and demo days.

Website easy to use. Fast delivery- ordered the goods Sunday afternoon and they arrived from the Southampton store the next day. Competitive on price. Staff at my local branch in Reading very helpful. Very impressed.
