Meet The Team: Tony, Manager - Clocking up 38 years for LCE, has a passion for binoculars & telescopes. Ben, Assistant Manager - Has been at LCE since 2011. A passionate about landscape photographer has recently taken up street photography. Josh - Joined LCE in 2015 and loves producing excellent still life images. Alfred – Has been with LCE since 2019 and has a keen interest in both wildlife & people photography, he also enjoys shooting on film. I bought a dji RS4 Mini and because of my cameras weight it was not balancing properly and i call them the next morning to return the product but they said only 80% will be returned because i unboxed the product.

This is the a quote from the T&C'S page on our website "A deduction can be made from the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced." also "Digital products and cameras must be returned with the manufacturer's seal on software intact."
The product description on our website for the DJI RS4 mini states that the max payload weight for that product is 2kg.

Have delt with London camera exchange before and their service is excellent,next day delivery on my purchases and was given a good exchange price on a trade in which was in the Taunton shop but the Winchester shop also excellent service and communication.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service . I was sceptical about using the website as I’d never heard of it , but decided to go for it , and so glad I did . Camera I ordered arrived the following day and postage was free. Excellent communication throughout the delivery. I would highly recommend LCE. So impressed by the whole experience.

Brilliant service and great product
The camera came really quickly and I was informed every step of its journey. The product is great and as described. It was unavailable at all the usual places I would look so was a wee bit worried as i hadnt used LCE before, but they will be my first place to look now.
