We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the original appointment being canceled. The cancellation happened accidentally due to an administrative error, and because our team was unaware it had occurred, no explanation was provided at the time. We fully accept responsibility for that mistake.
As soon as we became aware, I (Joe the CEO) personally called to apologize, explain what had happened, and reschedule the meeting. We also checked in before the new appointment, at which point you decided you no longer wished to proceed.
We completely understand that the initial experience was disappointing. However, we spoke for approximately one minute and never had the opportunity to work together or provide any services. Therefore, this review does not reflect the quality of our work or the experiences shared by our genuine clients.
We remain happy to discuss the matter directly and provide documentation confirming the above.

Sofian has been great to work with. He is accessible and quick to respond. He has been able to make changes as needed. We recently requested a change in our targeted zip codes and it was done by the next day.

We’ve had a very positive experience working with Lead Prediction. From the beginning, Joe and the team have been responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us generate meaningful B2B opportunities rather than simply producing activity for the sake of numbers.
The campaign has generated multiple legitimate conversations and opportunities that progressed into our active sales pipeline. Just as importantly, the team has been very transparent about how the campaign is performing, responsive when questions come up, and willing to make adjustments as we learn what is working.

We've been working with LeadPrediction for about three months as part of our outbound email strategy.
Like any new campaign, there were some adjustments needed early on, particularly around refining our target accounts and lead lists. Once we shared our feedback, their team was responsive and made the necessary changes to better align the campaign with our goals.
Since then, we've already closed one new customer directly from the campaign, which has been a great result. We're continuing to optimize our targeting, and the team is currently making additional updates to expand the ZIP codes and service areas we're focusing on.
Overall, we've had a positive experience. The team has been receptive to feedback, made adjustments when needed, and remained committed to improving the campaign's performance.
