Thank you to Leamore Windows, we absolutely love our house facelift, the new fittings have transformed a tired old house into it feeling like its a new one.
The professionalism and straight to the point talk with sales person Darren was what made us go with Leamore initially, we were also impressed with the surveyor and communication from Leamore until fitting date.
We had a new wall built for the French Doors and the plaster finished the job today, looks great.
The windows fitters Ian and Steve did a fantastic job even after facing a couple of difficult solutions from what the old owners of our house had done to fit the old units, to making the new fitting look perfect. Communication around what they were doing was gratefully received and workmanship and respect was above and beyond. Our home has been transformed over 6 days.
We highly recommend Leamore Windows.

We bought a composite door from Leamore Windows and from walking into their showroom to delivery then fitting the service has been gold star. The door is exactly what we were looking for and the big thing in deciding to use them was the non pushy sales team. Used many diffrent window company's for windows and doors but feel Leamore offer me the best service to date. Prompt response to quote and any other emails, product is ready when expected . Sam and Nick came to fit our new conservatory roof and everything was excellent. They completed the work in the appointed time and everything was amazingly clean when they left. A company is reviewed on its customer service after your have purchased their products not before. Sadly based on my experience this companies after sales service is terrible. 4 calls regarding a draft coming from French Door and still not resolved. Recently I called upon the services of a surveyor to review property and was told the doors were fitted very poorly.

Today I have had 2 new doors fitted by Spencer.
He's a lovely friendly man, I kept him supplied with mugs of tea and he has done a wonderful job. I am very pleased with my new doors.

I have been a customer of Leamore Windows for over 20 years with the company supplying replacement windows for my whole house as well as fitting a new conservatory. The product and service has been great but now I need my conservatory roof repairing and it's out of warranty. Leamore are refusing to help in any way. Even if they are unable or unwilling to do the repairs, they could at least point me in the direction of someone who could help. Frankly this is poor customer service and suggests an organisation with little interest in repeat business from customers.

We has two new double glazed windows from Leamore windows which were fitted by Sam and Nick .They did a fantastic job.They were very professional and pleasant fitters..nothing was to much trouble.Would highly recommend the company and the two great fitters.

Leamore windows have finished my windows, doors and warm roof today. The sales team, fitters, plasterers and electricians were all excellent, arriving on time, the days they should and completed the installation on time. Nick and Sam spent 5 days fitting the warm roof and windows and were friendly, helpful and professional. The small problems we did have were dealt with professionally and quickly. The windows doors and warm roof seem to be excellent quality, and we can feel the difference in temperature in the kitchen already which was either too cold or excessively hot depending on the weather. Very impressed so far and hopefully we will have many years of reliability from your installation. Many thanks to you all.

Terrible experience with this company after replacing our entire house windows and doors. After £12,000 of work, our house is now full of draughts, damp and windows and doors that are not installed correctly. Our original windows and doors were way better!

We have spent 15 months trying to get our windows and doors installation completed correctly, but despite numerous callouts, we still have a house full of problems. Air and damp is pouring in clearly caused by windows that were not installed correctly by Leamore Windows.

Leamore Windows don't act like they care much, they often try to deny problems exist, and on the last occasion they were called out to correct the gaps and air/damp leaks, they failed to do the corrective work that they attended for. The staff member claimed 'he didn't have instruction to do it'. When faced with damp up walls and gaps around the frames, he refused to remove trims needed in order to seal the door and window frames. It was my opinion that he was disinterested in carrying out needed proper rectification and somewhat rude to the fact we were raising significant problems, failing to appreciate that they had caused this. The installation manager agrees that the trims are decorative and should not be required for sealing windows, yet staff refuse to remove them and gain access to where the windows aren't sealed. Whenever you try to get them to see sense, they just repeatedly obfuscate, not allowing needed identification and rectification of the faulty installations.

It appears in my opinion that doors and windows were not foamed where needed and sealed correctly inside and out. Decorative trims were placed around all the frames without properly sealing the window and door frames inside and out before using the decorative trims. These trims cover up the poor installation and inadequate sealing. The thin sealant beads around the internal trims then fail, with the trims becoming loose allowing air and damp to shoot in. When installed we had one man and two very young lads assisting with sealing etc. In my opinion the installation was rushed, not completed with professionalism and care for the necessary insulating steps necessary to prevent draughts and damp going straight around the frames. I have knowledge of the very same installers having completed other jobs with similar problems likely caused by improper shoddy rushed installation and poor sealing. Leamore however do not appear to care. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and keep on trying to get my installation rectified, but I just get poor attitude, denials, and failure to rectify the problems to date. Now I am forced to move to publicly sharing progress online in reviews.

See the photos, these show poor sealing, damp up walls, areas causing soaking wet walls and floors. All staff at Leamore Windows laughably always state that draughts don't cause damp, even when faced with soaking wet floors and damp up walls. They just don't care, and deny responsibility whenever they can. I am left having to keep trying to stick sellotape across new windows, doors, windows where they but up against walls to try stopping the draughts. We have central heating blasting away higher than ever yet are freezing cold, with wet dap walls and floors. This is no exaggeration, it is exactly what we are experiencing.

See photos attached, these are just some of the problems, the many numerous problems that we have had, ranging from windows that wouldn't open, howling loud noise draughts through doors and windows, damp, lack of proper sealing, bay windows installed without any structural support. These issues have been serious, and very real, causing huge stress.

I would recommend you think very very carefully before using this company. We paid a premium based upon a recommendation that their windows were manufactured to a decent standard. In my opinion it is pointless having decent windows when Leamore have totally screwed up our installation making the house cold and damp. The stress and hassle that has followed has been and continues to be huge.
