The customer service agent walked me through my diffrent options and also followed up to let me know the status of my application. She also walked through the diffrent types of insurance.

life insurance is complicated but LeapLife and Shauna made it easy breezy. The only hiccup I had when was they got my zip code wrong so I couldn't log into my account right away, but that was addressed within hours.

My experience with LeapLife has been wonderful! Everyone has been very friendly, patient and accommodating when answering questions and providing clarification during the process. They have done a great job communicating throughout the process. I am pleased with the service that I've received and would definitely use them again.
