I had ordered a visor light bar set that did not fit my truck. Although the customer service rep that I spoke to was a little rough around the edges, we resolved the issue after returning the original and the appropriate visor was sent out very quickly.

Giving 4 with restrictions. I'm still waiting now well over a month ,for your service department. To return my email for assistance. Not good.

I bought some other lights from another company. I would say the lights are of equal value but the shipping and customer service was sub par. LED equpped was painless and FAST. Super happy. I'll be back!

Lights are nice. But the support from customer service is nonexistent. I got the lights in the box. No instructions on installing. 3 different kinds of brackets. I called once I figured out that the brackets didn’t fit my 2018 Ford F 150. The person who answered the phone “I dunno” was all I got. This all after I had specifically asked. “Does this visor light fit a 2018 Ford F 150?” When I was buying them. I was told yes. GET SOME BRACKETS TO FIT THE FORD F 150! So don’t buy these visor light bars for your Ford. Unless you want to have to piece brackets together to get it to loosely dangle. Not even up against the windshield.

One of the worst vendors I ever dealt with. Initially shipped order promptly, but didn't bother to install the take down lights I ordered. Returned that order and they promised to reship when UPS received the package. That didn't happen. After a contentious phone call, I was promised a reshipment. They even prepared a shipping label which showed up on my tracking app. However, that order never shipped. I received notice of a refund and order cancelation,without any other contact or explanation. Rude on the phone. This company has no concept at all of customer service. I recommend you go elsewhere for your lighting needs.

I haven't received my lights yet,i ordered on the 20th of April, but Jesus the customer service is really bad, they answer the phone with a grumpy HELLO,they act like you are bothering them instead of you being a paying customer, and i still haven't a clue if my lights are shipped as the guy said they were picked up today, hummmmmm, and after three emails i finally got a reply. wow, i hope my lights are better than the customer service.

Received the light bar as ordered . The switches were all backwards left arrow was right arrow etc right alley was left alley . Take downs were facing forward in the right direction. You sent me new controller box . It did not resolve the problem . Looks like bar was pit together backwards or the pins in plugs were pit on the wrong place . No resolve as of yet. Light bar is mounted on my truck already and still not resolved
