I had a truly great experience with LEFEET.

I purchased two P1 waterscooters as a birthday gift for my husband, and at first I was told the item was out of stock. After explaining that it was for a very special occasion, their team kindly prioritized my order and arranged shipment within just a few days.

Throughout the entire process, their customer service was exceptional. The package was unfortunately held in customs for quite some time, but the LEFEET team stayed incredibly attentive and responsive the whole way through. Every time I reached out, they replied quickly and genuinely tried to help.

Even during the Chinese holiday week, when they warned there could be delays, they still maintained excellent communication and support.

Thanks to their effort and professionalism, I was able to receive the gift in time for my husband’s birthday, which meant a lot to me.

I’m very grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend LEFEET both for their product and especially for their outstanding customer service.

I placed an order, there was delay and confusion from messages I received but in the end Lefeet.com fixed it and I’m satisfied. I am happy to do business with them.

I ordered two P1 lite, one for my son and one for myself, directly from Lefeet. The scooters are exceptional, quality of materials and workmanship and power. I have ordered a few smaller add-ons since, specially, the double scooter handrail and the SUP mount. I had questions about mounting options so a emailed Lefeet. The customer service quick and representative was friendly and accommodating.

Pessima esperienza. Ho acquistato un P1XR. Spesa eccessiva rispetto al valore del prodotto ma, soprattutto, il telecomando ha smesso di funzionare. Ho evitato di ricorrere alla garanzia posto che avrei dovuto spedire, a mie spese, il ricambio in Cina e attendere tempi biblici per la verifica e l'eventuale sostituzione e ho quindi acquistato il ricambio nuovo. Dopo oltre un mese dall'acquisto, non ho ancora ricevuto il telecomando. Lefeet si affida a spedizionieri sconosciuti che non è possibile contattare. Lefeet si è scusata più volte per il ritardo nella consegna ma non ha fatto nulla di concreto per rimediare. Dal tracking il ricambio risulta consegnato (di domenica) ma io non ho mai ricevuto il prodotto acquistato ; oggi Lefeet non risponde più alle mie e-mail e io mi ritrovo con uno scooter sub costoso che non posso usare. Vi consiglio vivamente di evitare di acquistare prodotti da Lefeet.

Bought the P1 Lite. Great device. You're not going to use it full speed for an hour, but for the price, you get an excellent little device with a lot of fun. There was a little delay because a warehouse problem, but they are very responsive.

It was a present for my daughter, and she was sooo excited! Especially because of the Design, the Floating fin and the fact that is light and easy to manouvre. Even the older brother used it and now I have to buy another one!😃

I got the wrong part by mistake and the company quickly switched it for the right part. Also, the P1-XR is amazing.

I had the opportunity to try the P1 scooter mounted on my legs , it took me a little bit of time to get used to it but after a while it was fun and very efficient. Going to 30m to do freediving safety was effortless. I haven't tried it to do reef exploration but I can imagine it must be amazing . Highly recommended.

I’ve been using the LeFeet P1 with the leg mount kit for a couple months now. The scooters are incredibly user friendly and intuitive to use. They allow us divers to explore even more of the underwater world with no added stress!

Have used the LeFeet scooters (attached with leg straps) for a few Freediving sessions now and am really enjoying the ease to get down to depth and back up. The device is easy to use, with a sturdy remote control.

The leg straps do get looser on dives, so make sure to tighten them once surfacing.

I used FEFEET while I'm doing freediving.
It's so powerful and I could swim much faster than when I use my fins. I went done to 30m without any physical power use.
The usage is very simple, which you can setup and change speed all in one handle.

Used the P1 attached with the leg streps, powerful propulsion and fun to play with, you can be very agile.
Downsides: the remote looses connection sometimes for 1 or 2 seconds and the streps have to be readjusted after a while. But these are minor things.
Overall a great product.

Yesterday I dived for the first time with the P1 XR scooter and I am very positive about the performance. Especially on the lower settings the scooter is very quiet and that is wonderful underwater while you can still go against the current in the lowest setting. A downside I find is the negative buoyancy of the scooter. You always have to hold the scooter in your hand because it sinks immediately and that is not pleasant when taking pictures on the coral. Apart from the fact that the scooter can be damaged by contact with the reef, the most important thing is the damage to the coral. Does Lefeet have floats with which I can tackle this problem? I look forward to hearing from you.

The lefeet P1 is really a game changer. Exploring underwater is never the same. With the lefeet P1 everything is a breeze. Your air consumption, your safety and for those elderly or with knee issue and can’t fin as well. Lefeet changes everything. There is of course some room for improvement. The 2 handle screw cap tends to loosen after sometime. So have to really check it from time to time. Maybe adding a o ring might help keeping the cap tighten. Recently I lost my throttle handle in Maldives. Luckily I have a friend had some issues with the motor. And can’t use the lefeet. So I borrow his throttle handle. Another great innovation for the pairing of the throttle handle. It’s so easy.

I really like LEFEET and their approach to clients. I ve bought C1 Water Scooter then Fizzy Float Unicorn and just recently board to swim and everything is great. Will most definitely recommend it to eveyone

I have used my LEFEET S1 extensively for the past 2. 5 years. It has been very reliable and has proved to be a valuable tool to help keep me diving as I am in my mid/late seventies. The people at LEFEET have responded promptly and thoughtfully when I needed a couple of spares and accessories. All in, a well run organisation with a great product.

I can talk hours about the Lefeet Pro S1 to praise how great this product and it's accessories are ! I also strongly recommend them like all other reviews but the most amazing facts in this purchase was how professional, reactive and helpful was Lefeet customer service team. They truly assisted me in my purchases from beginning to end ! A fantastic help that made the whole purchasing process just outstanding !! JUST GO FOR IT!
