Such a scamming company full of cowboys. Why are you threatening people with debt collectors when there is no contract signed? Why are you forcing people to sign a contract. You are nothing but a scam and you and I know thats what you are. Avoid at all cost.

Am so happy because after the Christmas break I have contacted the Leisure Medical UK and they informed that the appointment card have been sent to the medical centres and I can confirm that is true because I have an evidence.

THIS IS DANGEROUS COMPANY, I WAS DUPPED AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND.

In March 2023 I received a phone call from an individual who offered to advertise my beauty business on the appointment cards and flyers for St. Julian GP Surgery in Newport. The person was quite persuasive, and I eventually provided him with my business address and email address. He immediately emailed me requesting artwork / logo for the company. However, due to some urgent family issues, I was unable to respond to their email requesting the artwork within the 14-day timeframe, and no one ever chase it. No contract was sent.

After some time, precisely from June 2023, I started receiving monthly invoices from them. When I tried to reach out to discuss the situation over the phone, nobody responded on any of their available phone lines. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I emailed back the person who requested business artwork for advertising, and asked for proof of my business being advertised, hence the invoice, but, they sent me an email with same attachment requesting my business artwork. It's incredulous that they expect payment for services that were never delivered!

I've had a letter asking for money? I have no idea what for!!!! . This is clearly a scam stay well well away. Sent to the MOJ and TS . Unbelievable....

Untrustworthy and unresponsive. This company sold us advertising that didn't ever materialise. We were only ever shown finished artwork for approval, to this day we didn't ever see a surgery appointment card with our ad running and we know a receptionist at the surgery, who's also never seen it...

We've certainly not had a single lead come to us via the advertising.

They also tried to tie us in to a restrictive contract, with all manner of clauses that would squeeze more money out of us on an annual basis (watch out for this).

When I contacted them repeatedly by email, telephone, etc. they did not respond and did not follow any of my contact up.

Honestly, as a businessman with over 20 years of experience I was left to feel 'mugged' by this company. If one good thing comes out of my company's experience it will be that we manage to warn other reputable, hardworking, businesses to avoid Leisure Medical UK like the plague.

I WOULD STRONGLEY RECOMEND IF YOU ARE THINKING OF SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE PLEASE TRY TO CALL THIS NUMBER BEFORE PARTING WITH ANY MONEY
I DID EVENTUALY GET 1000 CARDS SENT TO THE RELAVENT DISTRIBUTER THE CARDS CONTAINE 3 LOCAL ADVERTISING COMPANYS INCLUDING MINE SO IN TOTAL THEY HAVE EARNED £3885,00 FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF 1000 CARDS
I HAVE SINCE HAD SIMILAR CARDS MADE BY A LOCAL SUPPLIER AND THEY COST £72.00 FOR 1000

Do not trust this company i have reported them to a fraud company for investigation last year and after getting them involved and getting a crime refence number from them apparently they cannot send debt collection letters althouh i have had four already

This has been the same for 8 months and does not change they take your money and run
I did manage after reporting them to have some cards delivered to my requested surgery but they have since run out the surgery tell me they requested more months ago and they still have not had any further cards sent to them even though this company are demanding a payment of £647.50 for this years cards they are unlikely to produce
Do not wate your money find a company that you have confidence in producing the goods you have paid for

After reading some reviews on here I was wary but after confirmation from the surgery i was advertising with I decided to go ahead, must say I had no complaints happy with the outcome.

Terrible company. Promised to advertise my clinic in GP practices but due to covid this couldn’t happen. Still demanding payment despite me cancelling. Then they involve a debt collection agency. As a small business that struggled through covid I wrote to them about this and they did not care. Please don’t use them!

I signed for this company to introduce my business locally at the 2 GP surgeries. Covid Pandemic came and was on hold. Only recently they have written an email collecting the balance and threatening me and bullying me. I requested a copy of the finished product and proof of where those cards are distributed. They answered quickly, there was only 1 GP surgery, I was not happy as our conversation before the signing was 2 GP surgery. The company denied this. I tried calling them and no answer only voice mail message and I don't think the phone voice mail messages are looked into. I decided to email them. In short, I am paying for the service that my company has not benefited from. There were no people coming and enquiring about a particular service that my company provide. I contacted the GP surgery and no one also answered the phone waiting for more than 30 minutes before I gave up. I decided to pay as I don't want to create negative pressure inside my business and decided to leave this review.
The salesman who enticed me to sign in never heard from him again always the admin who sent me a threatening email to pay. I emailed this company how I felt and how unhappy I was to have them involved in my business. I have learned my lesson well and will be involved with this company again.

I have advertised my business in my local GPs surgery with this company 12 month ago, The company contacted me in the 1st place, We then kept in contact via email and they have kept me updated with the process, kayleigh and samantha have been extremely helpful. i have been more than happy and I have received new business also.
i definitely wouldnt hesitate to advertise again.

This is not a company I would ever work with again. They never answer the phone.
The agreement just rolls on.

Awful company claim they’ve tried to contact me but haven’t?! Still waiting… you’ve got details as I’m another customer you’ve scammed out of money & threading behaviour when refused to pay!

You’ve had my details (4 times) please read my replies via email & you’ll know it’s a “genuine” review stop playing it down! Disgraceful way to deal with a problem pan up to what you’ve done & do the correct thing!

Hounding me for non payment, after I made it clear I only wanted one publication of advert, nearly 3 years later they are still charging me and will not answer any phone calls or reply to emails. I am now being chased by debt recovery and being threatened with court. I cannot even get to speak to anyone at the Leisure Medical to discuss the matter. my advice is STAY AWAY.

As our wonderful honest hard working friends at leisure medical had my review removed, il write it again with supporting evidence.
The company is listed as dormant. The director has informed HMRC they are not trading this year. Therefore it is an offence for them to be pursuing us for money, for work they can’t of done, as they’re not trading.
And as for the reptile from resolute debt who wants to enforce this ‘debt’ owed to a dormant company, take a running jump. Check them out on companies house, accounts for a dormant company submitted March 2021, claiming they have not traded for the past year, and are not expected to trade for the current year. They are obviously exempt from any corporation tax therefore. Check my other review and their reply, saying they’ve never heard of me. Stop sending me letters then fitzmauric you fraud.

Scam! Avoid these disgusting people like the plague. Pay up front, never get any service, first card turns up then nothing. Impossible to cancel contract as no one ever answers the phone. Worst company ever. Stay well clear. How the directors are not struck off I'll never know.

I have three Care Homes and featured in one Doctors Surgery and they let me update my artwork monthly to alternate all three Homes adverts. Also my artwork was also included in the cost and this was designed for me from my website and i got to keep my copy rights. Very happy with the service.

Featured my Nursery in a booklet in my local doctors surgery, artwork took a little longer than expected but overall happy with how it turned out.
