we have just returned from the Yorkshire Cannon Hall Farm trip the bus and driver were great the hotel chosen very good the food and staff were exceptional and the excurtions great. I would recomend it to anyone

We paid in full when we booked our holiday approximately 7 weeks before we were doe to travel. 3 weeks before the holiday my husband was taken ill and admitted to hospital. 2 weeks before the holiday he was obviously not going to be well enough to travel .I rang up Leon's and asked not for a refund but to see if the date could be changed to next year at some point. I was told NO ! that I would have to loose the holiday, the staff I spoke to were very rude and had no empathy for our situation at all .Avoid this company at all costs .

I've been on a few holidays with leons and all been pretty good,the only comments i have to make on long haul trips, is the seating on the busses and ano where enough leg room and when i ask other people they say the same, don't know if it's greed on makeing more money or what but i will not be useing them again if it doesn't change,it a real pitty because the drivers that we've had have been fantastic, but any future bus travel i use will have to have less seats so more leg room which means more comfort

We booked a holiday, one of many, with Leons. We booked the holiday because a part of the holiday was what we wanted. We got a letter from Leons saying that part was cancelled. So we cancelle. Leons refused to refund because of their t&cs stated they are allowed to do this. To me it means you may not get the holiday you booked. I am taking this case to the trading standard. Will never book with Leons again.
