We can’t rate this business highly enough. We got some bad advice from some high st chains on prams and would have bought totally the wrong one if we didn’t come here. They let us try putting some in our car boot and gave us lots of great advice. Also seem to have much better deals than anywhere else. Making all the decisions on baby stuff is stressful but they made it enjoyable!

I bought a Bugaboo pram rain cover from Lesters and unfortunately it fell apart after a couple of months. Of course this is not Lester's fault they were just selling the product but when I emailed them they were super efficient in getting a replacement sent. I would definitely buy from them again as a I thought this was excellent customer Service.

Having found the product online and started the purchase process. I had a question. I called them up had a very kind and helpful answer which enabled me to promptly complete my purchase. The product was subsequently delivered in a timely fashion.

I also found the webpage well presented with a good range of products with clear pricing and easy to compare.

Great experience! The pram was exactly as described, though the original colour was discontinued. I was informed about the slight shade difference in the new colour, which was just a different shade of grey. The communication was excellent, and I’m still very happy with my purchase. The price was very competitive, and the seller proved to be reliable. Highly recommend!
