Hi Stephen, Thanks for your comment. We sent your items to the address you supplied in the 'Delivery information' section at our checkout process. If you wanted the item to be posted directly to your granddaughter, then you needed to put those details in the 'delivery section' and provide the different 'billing address details', which is again on the checkout page of our website. I'm sorry if this wasn't clear.
You'll also note that we did include a specially printed 'north pole' envelope with your order so that if the delivery address supplied was not the recipients address then you could use this envelope for them.
A copy of your order, which includes the address you supplied, was included with your order for your reference.

I've been ordering Santa letters for years and nothing compares to these - they come with a very "authentic North Pole" personalised addressed envelope and its all tied up with candy cane twine.
So much care and attention has been taken - every little detail has been thought about.

I bought a Christmas pack for each of my children and am super-impressed with the quality and the speed of delivery. The personalised Santa letter was particularly fab, and I can't wait to see their faces when they open them (a little nearer the time!)

Absolutely wonderful service and printing.
I ordered wedding stationary, table plan, orders of service and welcome signs, all at quite short notice. The customer service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble.

Great experience! I ordered some cards, there was lots of designs to choose from and the quality of the images were fantastic! Much better than your average card shop/online store.
The website was very easy to navigate and delivery was quick.
