Organised Test with Justin

Went to test with partner and we were supposed to watch results of video and we didn’t get shown.

Complaining and then he tells me he cannot deal with me due to data protection, yet he was happy to ask for my bank details as I was paying for it.

Then had to cancel due to partner having a medical emergency for abscess in his mouth, said pay another £300 and that will fine. Gets to the test and then he asked for a further £300. This test has cost me over £2000 for one person and still no further forward as we haven’t seen any evidence. I am now complaining and said I cannot deal with me, but no problem dealing with me when he was asking for money to be paid. Make sure he explains everything clearly about watching video as evidence as this is what you are paying for.

We are no further forward and bring together for 32 years and this has now caused us more harm and a lot of stress and no clarification apart from a piece a paper which isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

My partner and I booked through them after doing our research on Jason Hubble. He came across as very knowledgeable in his field. After speaking with him and booking the test, we discussed the three questions, and he reworded them to sound better for us.

On the day of the test, we went to a rented office in my hometown. He sat down with both of us and explained how the machine worked, had us sign some paperwork, and then asked my partner to leave. He spoke to me for around ten minutes, asking questions such as why we were there, etc. He then asked me to wait outside and said he would speak to her to find out if there were any reasons she might fail, which she later stated never happened.

She came out around thirty minutes later, and he called me back in. I asked how she did, and he said she was very calm and a nice lady. He then sat me down, and I skimmed through the footage to ensure my questions were asked. I stated that this should cover everything and that all my doubts would be cleared.

At that point, he changed his tone when I mentioned another reason why the test was needed, stating that I was not going to like the results due to a few major spikes. When I received the results, she had an overall deceptive score of 0.9996, which works out to 99.96%. She failed all questions. He told me the testing was accurate and that there was more she needed to say. This completely destroyed my relationship.

Later, I remembered that one of the questions was intentionally false. We deliberately included a question that should have shown as truthful, yet it also came back as deceptive. We did this so that if she failed the other two questions and this one came back truthful, we would know the test was accurate and she wouldn’t be able to dispute the results. He also placed the blood pressure cuff over a thick woolly jumper, and stated pregnancy won’t effect the results.

I then did further research and spoke to several other polygraph examiners, who informed me that a three-question test is not a reliable way to conduct an examination and that a single-issue test provides clearer results.

This is because if one question fails, all questions are marked as failed. She could have failed due to messaging other men but passed on the physical cheating aspect, or vice versa.

I was also informed that he has been removed from various websites and organisations. One examiner went as far as saying there are three types of examiners:
1. Those who do their job well
2. Those who do the job but are not competent
3. Those who are absolutely corrupt — and that he falls into the latter category

He also sent me data he claimed he does not send to others, yet ignored my question when I asked why he did this.

Overall, the experience initially was professional and pleasant, but after doing further research into this company after the test, I realised much more should have been explained.

Don’t waste your money here — you would have more luck finding the truth with a local fortune teller.

Scammers - Bad way of doing business - test paid £450 and booked for today at 4pm was told I would need to confirm with them on the day, I work nights so advised them when they call I may be asleep so I may not be able to confirm but I will be 100% attending and asked them to leave a note on system stating this. Woke up at 3pm (I live in close proximity to the test location) called straight away as soon as I woke up and they told me they have cancelled my test and will be keeping the total £450. They said they tried to call several times to confirm but I was asleep so couldn’t confirm earlier on in the day. Really bad way of doing buisness as if they were trustworthy would’ve used them again, really disappointed with my service now no test and out of pocket £450
