As a first time buyer I was conscious of my lack of knowledge about the process but the advisors I dealt with (Rebecca Saunders and Vincent Hornsby) were extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. They kept me updated throughout and I would definitely recommend them.

Jo and Nicola were great from start to finish. We have a portfolio of properties and were also buying in a Ltd so it was not a straight forward case. Found us a good deal and dealt with lender queries quickly and effectively. Their fees are average with the rest of the market. I would probably say they are worth the fee however as a business we need to make cost savings where we can and so this would be the only reason we wouldn’t look to use them in the future. Can’t fault service. Thank you. MPL.

I used Life Financial services to arrange for a mortgage in the extremely busy times of stamp duty holidays. I was able to get a mortgage offer in a very reasonable time. While the service has fees, I think it's worth it!
