Very good customer service and excellent product.

The customer service and product quality were fantastic. We had an issue where our lights were missed in production after the order. When I emailed and questioned my concerns were addressed immediately that they pushed the order through production right away and had them shipped to me within days. Love this customer service. The Mottled copper wall sconces are beautiful and great quality in our home theater. I would definitely order again and would highly recommend products from this company.

The sconces are beautiful. Kent is a very talented artist. You will not be disappointed with his creations. The sconces were extremely well packed and arrived when promised. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend these sconces! The addition of the floating glass sconces to our covered entryway has taken a nice space and made it elegant. At night, the sconces produce a light pattern on the wall that is functional and artistic.
Lightcrafters worked with us to make sure we received the sconces in time for our house project. They also clarified questions regarding the size of the sconce and its construction. Incredible customer service.
I recommend spending time understanding the glass and metal options available, as well the different size options for the sconces. Consider contacting Lightcrafters to discuss how the size of the sconce impacts the light pattern made by the sconce at night. So many amazing options!

Very pleased with lights. Beautiful craftsmanship and they arrived on time. Customer service was the BEST from order to delivery. Kent was very helpful and responsive in answering questions pre-order as well as keeping me informed as to the status of delivery. Wish I had more lights to replace outside so I could place another order!

Received our lights a few days earlier than expected and they were beautiful. I was on a tight timeline and emailed a couple times to confirm delivery. I got a personal email response to every one of my messages. I felt like I was doing business with a neighbor. Thank you for your superior service and awesome looking lights. They are perfect.

I bought 2 pairs of sconces about 3 years ago For our new house. My wife and i actually drove from Houston to Austin Texas to see what these look like “in the flesh“. Fixtures were selected, they were shipped to us in a few weeks. At the time it felt like forever, but in actuality they arrived when the owner said they would. They are well made and installed easily. We put Led Bulbs in the fixtures, hooked them up with z-wave switches, and that continues today.. They look smart. We get compliments from out guests. We have memories of a pleasant outing. You don’t get to go many places when building your own house. What’s not to love.

These are beautiful. I am very happy with this purchase.

I cannot stress enough how happy we are with our purchase! From the ordering, speaking directly to Kent, who then messaged me to make sure what I said in my order was right (which I was wrong thanks Kent), to keeping me updated on my order then to notify me that my order was moved up in production! When the package came (let’s face it we are always worried how a UPS package will show up) the packaging was INCREDIBLE! Truly shows how you care about your work and your customers.
