I purchased a replacement part for my track lighting to replace a burned out part. I was told that the part will be shipped to my building in a week. No one contacted me when the part was not delivered for a long time. I had to inquire about the delivery by going to the store three times. No one helped me for the first two times. I walked away frustrated. I was not able to get a new estimated time of delivery until the third time. The part was finally delivered over a month after the original estimated date.
Other than this very poor experience, I consider Gregory a good store with a large inventory of modern light fixtures. But their service needs improvement.

We came down from Syracuse to choose lighting for our kitchen. After looking at all the lighting stores in the area, the selection was greatest at Gregory’s and the input and designer sense of the staff was excellent. We have purchased lighting here before. We are always able to find what we want.
We had our pendant fixtures shipped. They came in perfect condition, we’ll packed.

There was a tremendous amount of miscommunication and misinformation. The head of the company was most inappropriate and unprofessional when he got involved in a situation that he had no prior knowledge and involvement with. His screaming was most unprofessional. and uncalled for.
The customer service person was most helpful however I am not comfortable with doing business with them again after having had such a nightmare.

Fast, efficient service. And the item I ordered worked perfectly!
