AWESOME experience. Our kitchen light fixture broke and we didn't know where to go to get a replacement. Contacted Lighting By Gregory, which we found online, and Ed Silverii couldn't have been more helpful. He figured out what the original model was and then suggested one that was nearly identical. It arrived to our building the next week and all is well in our kitchen! Thanks Ed!! And thanks Lighting By Gregory! Would highly recommend to anyone in the New York area.

I placed 2 orders - one online and one on the phone. After receiving my delivery I decided I didn't like one of the items and their customer service gave me instructions on how to return it and I received a refund, and help placing my next order. The service was excellent and helpful

I have ordered from LBG multiple times. I like their prompt shipment for instock items. My last order via UPS failed to deliver. LBG was exceptionally proactive in contacting me and following up repeatedly with UPS and dealing with their horrible customer service. LBG had replacements orderd ultimately delivered before I had to ask them. Thank You!

Renovation project included updating lighting in a prewar building. Huge showroom selection to evaluate choices. Lighting by Gregory staff helped with selection, confirming technical details and coordinating timing of orders for pieces needed at different stages of the project. Brice was particularly hands on and a great resource. Good support from the rest of the staff when Brice not available. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

When ordering they did not tell me blades were extra. Also called three times for a part. Talked to someone who told me they would call back, and no one called back. Finally ordered parts from Mfg

Not happy with LBG Customer Service. Never bothered to answer my questions.

The products were terrific. There was a glitch in an order being back ordered, but Jackie from customer service was beyond amazing in keeping me informed.
