Chris Grimes went over and above to try and find out why a calendar had disappeared that several people could access. He managed to find the calendar by remoting on to a colleagues machine (who was on holiday) and screen shot all of our bookings in the calendar. I then had to set up a new training folder and add the screen shots to the calendar.

After an extremely frustrating experience with another telecoms provider, I honestly can't recommend Lily Communications highly enough.
From my very first conversation with Jamie Mayhew, the communication was exceptional. Every question was answered honestly, nothing was too much trouble, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Jamie genuinely listened to our concerns and worked with us to create a migration plan that ensured there would be no disruption to our business.
We placed our order and, just one week later, Lily's engineers attended on a Saturday morning to accommodate our business needs. They installed and configured all 12 VoIP phones, had them fully operational the same day, and took the time to give my team clear, step-by-step instructions on how to use the system. They have also arranged training on the portal, which has been a fantastic touch.
As a domiciliary care provider, our telephones are critical to the vulnerable people we support, so having a reliable communication system is essential. The professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail shown by Lily have been outstanding.
What impressed me most was the communication. Every promise made was kept, and every query was responded to promptly. In today's world, that level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare.
Price-wise, Lily were also extremely competitive and matched the pricing we had been offered elsewhere, proving that you don't have to choose a large company to receive an excellent service. In fact, our experience has shown quite the opposite.
We're now just waiting for our business numbers to be ported across and for the FTTP broadband to be installed, but based on our experience so far, I have every confidence the rest of the migration will be just as smooth.
A huge thank you to Jamie Mayhew, the engineers and everyone at Lily Communications. I only wish we had moved to Lily much sooner.

Just had our equipment installed and set up by Aidan Lee. He has been great, really helpful and explained all the features etc.

Would you believe doing a simple answer phone message recording on the phone could be such a task...
Well it did but luckily for us rang lily explained we were going to be out of office for a funeral and needed a quick answer phone message asap and they did delivered promptly and efficiently, the message let our customers know when we would be back that day.
