I need to set up a laptop, and Jacob is very patient and helpful along the way, and gets my laptop sets up in no time!

Richard came out to aid our business with a very complicated cross-pollution issue, where our PCs were receiving phone addresses. Despite the huge amount of cables to sort through, Richard quickly identified the root cause of the problem, and the issue is now resolved. The service was outstanding, professional and much appreciated.

Had new systems fitted and with all systems it needed playing with. Spoke to Brooke Reynolds late on the evening and he called me back at 9am when they was all back in and within 30 minutes the system was re configured and working perfect.

I set up a SIM only plan for some of our employees. The customer service and response time from Lily was fantastic. Sam Baxter was very knowledgeable and found us some great deals, she also tailored the plans to each individual requirements.
