Good quality and nice service. Tops shirts blouses etc fits well, however trousers did not fit my figure.

This is my second time of purchasing the cashmere wide leg pants and the removable hooded sweater. The first set I bought was in a oatmeal colour. The design and quality of the cashmere is one of the best I've bought and I'm very happy.
So I decided to purchase the exactly the same in the other colour way. Unfortunately although it too is 100% cashmere it actually feels like it has some wool composition as it feels less luxurious and a little rough on the skin. It may however be down to the dye colour that's causing the roughness. I also noticed that despite buying exactly the same size Large. The pants on this pair are at least an inch shorter which I didn't realise until removing the tags and trying them on
As I'm 5'9 in height that inch matters.It maybe down to quality control.However, despite this happening I would still buy their cashmere. But can I suggest they state the length of their pants in future for us tall ladies

Comenté mis problemas de compra en Trustpilot, ya que la marca no dió repuesta a mi pregunta. Su respuesta en Trustpilot es más decepcionante aún, respuesta no pertinente y en inglés, siendo tan simple la pregunta que se contesta con " SÍ o NO ". No quiero pensar, si hubiera comprado el problema de contancto ante cualquier circustancia abversa. GRACIAS TRUSTPILOT ¿ QUE HARÍA YO SIN TU AYUDA?

Very poor return

I cannot recommend this company because returns have been made very difficult and expensive because the customer pays for the return themselves. The company's products are of high quality and expensive, but due to the bad return experience, I will never order again. In addition, the products were mailed from Shanghai.

The products of this company are not bad but they partner with a horrible courier company. The items are not cheap either, it’s almost 10 days yet I have not received an item that shipped from Shanghai-Singapore. The courier company has no updates, minimal tracking and I saw my package marked as dangerous goods in the initial tracking.
The customer service isn’t of much help when asking to coordinate with the logistics company.

It really seems unfair that Lilysilk don’t have a better rating on here. I have bought their shimmering silk tshirt this week. Not only did it arrive really quickly but it’s very nice quality and I’m very pleased. It also promotes sustainability.

Efter 10 dagars påtryckning och hjälp av Klarna fick jag till slut en retursedel och en adress att returnera varan till. Eftersom man skall meddela Lilysilk ett ID nr. på returen kostade det mig 245 kr att skicka varan till Tyskland .Om man är osäker på storleken så avråder jag från att handla av Lilysilk, det är jätte besvärligt att få en retursedel av dem och en hög retur kostnad. Dessutom var det ingen bra kvalité på varan, väldigt tunn silke. Kommer aldrig att handla av Lilysilk igen.

I was VERY excited to find this site, mulberry silk at such a low cost. It was also recommended by a youtuber that I follow. I bought a red silk t-shirt. It is made of silk but it looked very cheap. I'm not sure why...I own a mulberry silk pillowcase from a different company & that looks and feels expensive. The silk shirt was also incredibly thin. Almost see-through although if I stood in the right position I felt like you could see my bra. Just to add salt to injury one of the shoulders was about 1inch longer than the other. I'm working on a return now.
