Ordered a lovely ring from Lima Lima. The ring arrived earlier than stated which was a lovely surprise. It was packaged in a lovely branded box and wrapped in tissue paper in a larger box with a lovely thank you note.

Update: Rhi shipped me the ring and a pair of bonus earrings and gave me a partial refund. I loved the items for about half a day. The ring, which was supposed to be 14k gold plated, tarnished within an hour of wearing it and turns my finger greenish black, like some ring you get for a quarter out of a candy machine as a kid. I was very careful not to get it wet or get anything on it, although you shouldn’t have to worry about water with 14k gold plating. I have a fair amount of gold plated jewelry including another ring that I’ve had for years that has never tarnished or stained my finger. It is also extremely lightweight which makes me doubt the quality of the materials further. It seems not to be gold plated at all, or at least not properly or completely. All around this was a bad experience and I would not recommend purchasing from Lima Lima.

It took almost a month for my order to ship. After about three weeks I reached out and got a reply that there was a problem with the shipping service that should be resolved shortly. Not in their control, so I was patient. Also would have been nice for them to reach out to let me know this. A few weeks after it shipped, I was excited to get the delivery and then very quickly disappointed and confused to find an empty ring box inside! Box filler, tissue paper, a thank you card, and a ring box with a piece of foam to hold the ring I ordered but…no ring anywhere in the box. And the box arrived to me still sealed with Lima Lima branded tape, there is no way it could have been opened and resealed. She shipped me an empty box?! I’m so confused, annoyed, and starting to wonder if this is a scam.

I purchased a pair of earrings in the New Year after a family member received the same for Christmas. The packaging they came in is beautiful and clearly very thought out, and the earrings themself are stunning. Great quality and detail, I love them!

Delivery was good. The lovely earrings were beautifully packaged and my daughter in law loved them. Coincidentally I was given some Lima Lima earrings as well and I am delighted with them.

Stunning jewellery as always! Almost all the jewellery I wear now is LimaLima and I'm always getting compliments on how nice it all is :)
