The property is tenanted and the management company had previously sent two other service companies around and both had said that the microwave was dead and not repairable. One of them then quoted an over the top price for a very basic replacement. I had used Lincs Appliances before so contacted them directly. Frank was quick, efficient and immediately knew what the problem was, he fixed the microwave in a few minutes. Great service, I will certainly contact them again for future appliance issues. Our washing machine was tripping the RCD each time a wash cycle was started. Frank diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered a replacement heating element the same day. He came two days later to install it. We were very happy with the prompt and professional service. Definitely would recommend him.

Excellent service. I had a problem with my fridge freezer. I booked a slot online for an engineer to come out. He arrived promptly and soon diagnosed the problem. Ordered a replacement part, and it was fitted within 24 hours. Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of any repairs in the future. Thanks again.

Engineer came out earlier than appointment but did ring ahead to ask if it was convenient - as he was in the area - Lovely, friendly chap. Quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to me what was wrong. He has ordered the required part and will make arrangements with me to come and fit it when it arrives. Very happy with the service so far and will recommend:)
