Spoke to Dan at Lindleys Arnold regarding a TPMS fault on my rear wheels and decided to have both sensors replaced as I previously had the same problem with the front wheels. Booking a appointment was convenient for me and Dan and the team got me back on the road in super quick time. A big thank you for providing a outstanding professional service.

Amazing from booking in to having the vehicle fixed. I was always kept in the loop and best of all they do not do anything to your vehicle until you approve them to do it, giving you knowledge of how much a repair is going to cost. Highly recommend to anyone.

I had what I thought was a slow puncture to my right front wheel - (my TPM kept going of even after putting air in my tyres) over a couple of weeks - I visited Lindleys on Oakdale Road ( first time there, always used the one on Colwick loop road previously )

The man looked at my tyres and advised me it would be better to replace the tyre as he wouldn’t advise repairing a puncture and that there was visible wear and tear and not a lot of tread so better to replace both front tyres
I questioned this has I had my MOT in March and there wasn’t any advisory of this

I took their word and booked in for the next day
When my car was ready to collect I was informed that the TPM couldn’t be reset and that I’d probably need to give it a good run for it to reset itself

The next day we went on a 92 mile trip and the TPM started binging again ( the tyre pressure was dropping )
I visited Lindleys the day after explaining what had happened and that the tyre was still losing pressure- he put the air on the tyre, said it was the correct pressure and that my TPM must be faulty and that I could book it in for them to look at it

I declined and decided to go to Greenwood Autos, my usual garage and long story short, at some point my front right tyre had been swapped with my rear left tyre and therefore the TPM was reading the rear left tyre which indeed had a slow puncture ( all this investigation & repair cost me was £35, the tyres from Lindleys, that I didn’t need over £200 - needless to say I won’t ever be using Lindleys again

First time I ever used Lindleys to Service my 2013 Aveo. They were super efficient and extremely thorough, even asked me back to double check the tracking on the two new front tyres, after a run to Kent and back. Looking to have more work done (MOT Advisory & Air Con Top Up). I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything, service, tyres, MOT etc. Five stars!

I had my front tyres changed and all four wheel alignments checked and adjusted.
The tyres aren’t standard, but arrived and were fitted the same day. The alignment check was free and a report available before giving the go ahead. All work completed while I waited, answering emails. Good service with a smile.
I happily paid the bill, which wasn’t over the top.

Based on seeing how they drive their vans on the road I definitely wouldn’t use their business. I just watched one drive dangerously and without any care for other road users on Derby road in Nottingham.

Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe the service I received from Andy and the team at Lindleys Mansfield.

I genuinely don’t know where to start. My BMW ended up needing repairs, and what could have been an absolute nightmare turned into one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a garage.

Andy was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. My car was with them for around two weeks, parts had to be sourced from Germany, and throughout the whole process he went out of his way to get things sorted.

He dealt with the warranty company, helped get part of the repair covered and genuinely did everything he could to make the whole experience easier for me, including being really considerate when it came to the overall costs. It’s the little things like that which make such a big difference, and trust me, none of it went unnoticed or unappreciated.

And the thing is, none of this was his fault or his problem to begin with. He could have simply done the work, handed me the bill and moved on. Instead, he genuinely cared about helping me.

The car is now running beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled.

Andy, if you’re reading this, thank you mate. You’ve been an absolute legend.

And to whoever runs Lindleys Mansfield, you’ve got a genuinely good bloke working for you. People like Andy are the reason customers come back and recommend a business to others.

I’ve dealt with plenty of garages over the years, but very few people have gone to these lengths to help me.

Service, AC, brake fluid change and MOT all went very well and at a good price. You noted that the rear brake hose ferules were rusty, if you had phoned me to advise I would have had them changed as you were changing the brake fluid anyway, Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Brilliant service nothing is to much trouble kept me updated and communication is fantastic not the cheapest but not the most expensive just right I use them for both of our cars
