No Customer Care

Very poor experience and seems to be the 'accepted' approach within the organisation.

Lacking communication even when emailing UK Operations President!

Seems that once the vehicle sale has been made their hands are washed of you as a customer and you just an inconvenience to be ignored.

Lithia UK – Customer Experience Review
My experience with Stratstone Mercedes-Benz Leeds, which is owned by Lithia UK, has been extremely disappointing and has left me questioning the quality controls and customer care standards within the wider Lithia group.
I purchased a Mercedes-Benz Approved Used vehicle at the end of January 2026 expecting the high standards associated with both the Mercedes brand and the Stratstone network. Unfortunately, the vehicle has had numerous faults from the outset, including ongoing gearbox issues, seat belt retraction faults, warning messages, interior rattles and other problems that should reasonably have been identified before sale.
Since purchase, I have incurred multiple additional costs for tyres, servicing, MOT and diagnostics while attempting to resolve these issues. The vehicle has also spent significant time off the road. Despite raising these concerns through the dealership’s complaint process and escalating the matter, I have received very little meaningful support or resolution.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability and engagement once the formal complaint process concluded. For a company of Lithia UK's size and reputation, I would expect stronger oversight of dealerships and a greater willingness to address legitimate customer concerns, particularly where a premium brand and “Approved Used” programme are involved.
I hope Lithia UK takes this feedback seriously and reviews both the vehicle preparation standards and complaint handling processes within its Stratstone network.

Lithia UK

Stratstone Amersham Audi, main dealer, sold me car with corrosion. MOT was not shown but put in glovebox. Cost me to repair advisories. Very slow to respond. Now the car has been returned. Two recorded delivery letters to boss of Lithia UK have not been answered. Not even courtesy of acknowledgement. Now going to head office in USA. This business practice is totally unacceptable and very costly for clients. Be very very careful dealing with companies owned by these people.

if i could leave no stars i would

if i could leave no stars i would, the worst customer service ever. they dont care about their customers once the money has gone they dont want to know.

ive bought a car from evans halshaw on 3 ocassons and i will never buy from them again and would advise other people do the same.

made a complaint through the complaints procedure, got a reply saying we will respond in 48 hours and 3 weeks nothing, not a email a text a call nothing. ive rang several times to ask why and the response is ill pass it on.

Appalling After Sales Service

Appalling After Sales Service
I bought a nearly new Audi A6 which has several faults but the Dealership refuses to respond to either emails or calls.
Zero contact from Managers leaving me no choice but to take legal action.
Avoid this group of companies at all costs !

Awful experience from Lithia group

Awful experience from Lithia group. Bought a car that was meant to be great condition with no issues, had engine light show up on drive back home and has been in Stratstone garage for 2 weeks waiting repair. Was told would be ready Friday, now not ready till Monday.

Awful service from stratstone Slough

Awful service from stratstone Slough. Bought a 6 month old vehicle 8 weeks ago which has now spent 4 weeks in the garage. Nobody phones me back and worse still the work doesn't get carried out. Even escalated a complaint to Lithia 10 days ago and nobody has contacted me, even though promising a 48 hours turnaround time - shocking!

Offered interview then revoked offer as not enough time alloted.

Was contacted to say i had been short listed for and interview and offered interview times/dates. Selected less than 30 mins later and slot had gone. So continued to try again over the course of the day and slots disappeared. Was told will contact interviewers to find a slot. I had to then chase 2 days later to be told they were revoking offer to interview because of their poor time management. Unprofessional and short sighted. It appears their short list wasnt short enough!!!
