Littens Ltd Opiniões

We absolutely love our new duvet , quality and price was excellent. Littens Luxury Living , king size duvet

I purchased a luxury goose down and feather mattress topper. Within 12 months it had split in 2 places where the stitching failed. There were feathers all over the place. I would avoid these poor quality products.

Easy to order from, good price for junior down duvet, quick delivery.

Amazing duve , super thanks 🙏👍

All very comfy

Quick delivery and as advertised.

Not sure how they get such good reviews.

They sent us a faulty custom mattress topper and refuse to take it back, unused.

This company should be avoided.

A beautiful quality duvet at a reasonable price

Very quick delivery, not had chance to check the quality yet though

Difficult to find returns procedure and expedite a return.

I received the Moroccan-style pouffé quickly and in excellent condition. It is exactly as described.

Mattress topper is terrible! It had clearly been rolled up for months, because it's now been lying on the floor of our house for a week and it's still distorted with a huge ridge down the middle and unusable. I've emailed them twice asking to send it back for a refund and so far had no joy. They seem to be convinced that it will magically spring into a flat, usable product, but it clearly won't. Do not buy this product!!!!

Amazing Pillows, so comfy 😊👍🏻

Hi, i hope this is taken as my honest experience of the littens products I have purchased .
Firstly I've been looking for an extrafill quality pillows for a very long time ,i have tried so many other brands only to be disappointed and left deflated like their inferior products !
These littens extra fill pillows all i can say is these are the best proper full luxury down pillows that I have ever tried and will never try any other !!!
The quality is exceptional i took them out of the well packaged delivery packaging and in seconds they filled out with a minimal amount of plumping required ,within seconds I knew these very expensive pillows were worth every penny !!!
They really do softly embrace your head and neck i am so impressed i have ordered 2 more extrafill pillows and a 15 tog down duvet , I was originally slightly hesitant about paying so much for pillows but I think the fact that ive instantly ordered more says it all !!
Have disc issues at c4c5c6 and had 3 should operations and left in constant pain these pillows are both soft luxury yet offer the support I really need !!
I highly recommend littens and the products I have received 10/10 👍👌

Terrible company. Bought a duvet and the bottom hem was unfinished with a raw edge and no filling in the whole panel. I explained I had the plastic packaging but no strong paper or box to return it. It arrived in strong paper packaging that was ripped at the corner. They offered me a 30% discount as a 'goodwill gesture', on a totally defective item, or to return it with me buying the packaging and the will, eventually, refund my money. Buyer beware.

Quality it was worth paying a little extra.

I brought through Amazon a duvet in April this year , due to various health issues the room was not decorated and the bed used until this week Sept and we realised the duvet was not suitable, to our great amazement Littens after we explained the problem agreed to a refund.
What a company and what a service along with Amazon.Would definetely reccomend.

The 3 cm deep topper is well made and very comfortable.
Delivery was quick and efficient.

Very impressed by the customer service agent Ahmed.  A very helpful and patient young man!
I needed his help when placing my order and again when seeking a refund.  The latter was my error as I had not registered the size of the pillows despite it being shown on the website.  I realised as soon as I received them and contacted Littens in order to return them unopened and unused.  Ahmed talked me through the process and arranged for the pillows to be collected. Once received by Littens I received a refund less a small deduction for return postage.  Such wonderful customer service and I'd not think twice about using them again.
