Don't buy from Little Eedie!!!!! Please!!!!!!!!! The customer service is a joke, they are absolutely not concerned about you or your money, only their pocket. The responses to emails are straight off a script. From the other reviews I've now read below, I've just wasted a heap of money on poor quality pieces for my daughter that will take weeks to arrive. I ordered 11 days ago only to now see there's a 14 business day shipping time PLUS 14 business days delivery. What?! You may as well tip your money down the drain!

Do not buy from this company, items poor quality, very small fit, not sewn correctly and threads hanging off the clothes, takes forever to receive order extremely disappointed with my order.

Never come across a business that feels the need to defend their business so much... and there is a massive reason for that...

1.Poor communication
2.Items come straight from Shenzhen, China from the fulfilment centre
3.Long processing times and shipping delays
4.No responses / dismissive / generic responses
5.Lack of care and service
6.Taking no responsibility and place blame on shipping and the customer.
7.T&C’s are left up for interpretation & are very Misleading.
8.Aren’t clear of the Country of origin of products.
9.Poor quality (Thin, sizing incorrect measurements, no wash labels/tags & smells)
10. Faulty Items and items with defects are sent (without checking over and doing quality control by little Eedie themselves)
11.Missing items
12.Rude - made a complaint with my payment provider to which Little Eedie sent an email to my payment provider saying I am a lier, crazy and harassing them.
13. They Remove negative feedback on Instagram and facebook (if that doesn’t scream untrustworthy then I don’t know what does)
14. No Phone number or warehouse address Only one form of of communication which is by email or this third party review sites.

* If your reading this and had a bad experience with Little Eedie please write a review to help warn others and contact your payment provider to make a formal complaint. I know I wish I checked the review sites but the more we warn others and do our bit to make formal complaints the quicker we can get sites like this shut down! *

Feels like a scam for sure. I wish I read reviews before purchasing anything from this website. I don't even remember when I ordered as it's been that long, I only received one item out of the two and it looked nothing like advertised - came in a cheap plastic wrapping and the clothes had a toxic plastic smell directly sent from China - definitely won't be putting that on my baby. I anticipate that I won't even be receiving my second item. K-mart is more superior in quality than this rubbish.

I wouldn’t purchase anything again from this website. There items come from china and they claim there Australian Based. I also didn’t receive all my items and they have refused to get back in contact with me to provide a refund.

Customer service doesn't exist. I never got a replyed from them regarding my order. I spend a few hundreds dollars which I could spend elsewhere. Please be wise and keep your money. So disappointed.

Terrible company. Do not buy from this site. It's a bait and switch website. It is fronting to be an Australian Boutique but all products are sent from Shenzen, China. They also took longer than the 8 weeks noted on their website and also sent missing items. Save your money and time.

Shocking quality. I feel abit scammed as they appear at face value to be an "Australian boutique" online store. I ordered the Christmas collection for my son and daughter and they are clearly from wish or ali express (chinese bulk items thatr ip off genuine designs) with that bleach smell right out of the packet and as thin as paper, with visable stitching that you would see in a year 7 home economic first sewing class. You get better quality sets for cheaper at somewhere like best and less!

Don't waste your money, clothing comes from China.

I purposely ordered all items that were "in stock" - exactly one week ago.
Upon reading the shipping times, it states 3-6 business days to process the order, and then 7-14 business days for shipping from either an international or Melbourne warehouse. It was my own mistake thinking 'in stock' item would be shipped from their own "warehouse", however, I have since found out they drop-ship everything including in stock and pre-order items. After enquiring about my order, I have been told it is "processing" - this is 4 days ago and I have not been given a tracking number. I expect my order will be shipped to their "warehouse" before Little Eedie dispatch the items to me. I tried getting a cancellation but couldn't as my order was "processing".
While it was my mistake in not confirming their exact dispatch areas and times, I have received little help from their customer service. I can see from their previous reviews (which I should have checked earlier) that the items I purchased will most likely be of poor quality/faulty, so I am sure I will be sending them back.
I am so disappointed I've wasted money. Don't make the same mistake I made!

I was really disappointed with the service and order, did not receive what I order, hair band was different then what I order. I have waited 2 months but still my one item was not delivered due to no stock, I won’t have order again and don’t recommend anyone,, better to buy from other store or Ali baba online

I did a huge order back in February and I understood the 3-8 week turn around to get your order. 8 weeks passed and I messaged them asking what was going on and they said “it takes 3-8 weeks”. I let it go then 9 weeks passed then 10 weeks passed. I emailed again my frustration and they said sorry even tho it was well out of their time frame. A few days later my order arrived but two rompers were missing!!!!
I had to email them again asking and they apologised once again. Now 12 weeks had passed and I finally received the last two rompers that were missing and they were in the wrong sizes!! And to be honest the quality of these clothes are not worth the money and the wait. The two rompers I ordered won’t fit my daughter after winter passes, that’s the reason why I bought bigger sizes but they sent smaller ones!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE!!!! I will never order from them again!!

With love for kids, love from Iylah and urban bubs websites have better quality clothes and not such a ridiculous time frame and are actually reliable!!

As everyone else has stated, I really wish I had of found this site BEFORE ordering.

Firstly 3-8 weeks is a big difference, and it doesn’t seem as though anyone has received their order within the 8 week turnaround time frame let alone the 3 weeks.
But in this day and age, since when does it take up to 8 weeks for restocking?? When your ordering in bulk for very cheap from sites like AliExpress and alibaba is when..

By the time my order arrives, and who knows then that will even be, I have no doubt it won’t even fit my daughter anymore, as we all know how fast children grow!

The ‘terms and conditions’ of this business are absolutely appalling and are in total favour of the retailer to ensure they get their money and that is all.

I wish they had a feedback section on their Facebook page so their 20,000 plus followers could really know what they are like!

I made an order with Little Eedie. Silly me I didn’t read the t’s & c’s. At first when
I emailed them I was quite annoyed as I hadn’t received my order, when the lovely customer service rep replied to me she was so helpful I felt really bad as it was my error. She helped me select some gorgeous little things for my nieces birthday and I have just received it. The quality is fantastic and the fact that I purchased during the Boxing Day sale means I got a fantastic bargain. Think I got 30% off! Can’t wait to buy more cute things for my little niece.

I ordered on 6 November for my grandchildren for christmas. 91/2 weeks later, finally received my order, after contacting them several times.
I feel that preorder is just another name for give me your money now and I will send it whenever it suits us.
Wish i'd read reviews before ordering. Everything was made in China and not great quality. So much for supporting an Australian Company!

Avoid this dropshipping scam company like the plague. There products come from China and are easily available for less than half the price from aliexpress. 90% of their clothes are only available on pre order which takes anywhere from 2-3 months to get delivered (yah i know..unbelievable for a local aussie business). Their customer service is non existent which can be seen by the way they respond to your emails.Don't make the mistake of ordering from them like we did.There are heaps of other options available with faster delivery timeframes, genuine designs and great customer service.

I will never order from his website again and urge others not to as well.
They will hide behind ‘terms and conditions’ in order to save face when it comes to sending items on time.
I read the terms and conditions. I’m well aware of them, I still don’t think it’s acceptable for a retailer to even have these terms and conditions in place in the first place. Stating there may be a 8 week turn around, they need manufacturing time (it’s sent from China in bulk), they operate around a family and that they won’t refund orders.
I ordered items over 5 weeks ago. Many being ‘Christmas collection’, I probably won’t receive these items for intended use being CHRISTMAS.
It’s a joke of a company. Their customer service representatives are rude and patronizing. Just take a look at reviews written on google where they have responded to complaints trying to say that the fact they have these terms and conditions in place makes everything ok and it’s the consumers faults for not reading them so too bad.
I don’t know why they haven’t been investigated yet.

This store uses their terms and conditions as a backing for taking far too long to deliver goods. I will state that I didn’t not review the T&C’s carefully, however this sellers service standards are outside of what you would expect from any online retailer. With respect to the items I have recivied to date (only after purchasing additional shipping) I found the quality of the items to be poor. I am still waiting on a number of Christmas items which the seller keeps saying are within their 8 week turn around time. I wish I read the fine print!!!!! Take my advice and steer clear of this seller. I will not receive most of my Christmas outfits for my daughter until after the 17th of December and by this stage many of our Christmas functions have come and gone. I had no choice but to purchase additional outfits for many of the events. T&C’s also preclude me from seeking a refund, I am only elidgeble for a store credit. Very disappointing. To add insult to injury, many of the items I have found on other websites at a cheaper price from sellers with more reasonable terms and conditions. Save yourself the hassel and order from anywhere else but here. If you do still chose to order from this store after reading this review then I suggest you pay very close attention to the T&C’s as the failure to do so has been my undoing. Had I read them and realised how onerouse they are I would not have ordered form this supplier.
