I ordered a pair of boots--they were advertised as having a 2 1/2" stacked heel. The heel is 1 1/2". They advertised a shaft height of 14cm, but the shaft height is 6cm. These are not the boots I ordered. They look nothing like the picture! Bad business to pull a bait and switch like this. Then when I attempted to contact the company to begin the return process, the email address bounced back. I found a second email and no one has responded. How convenient. So I'm out $79.95 and stuck with a pair of boots that look like sh*t. I will never wear these. My credit card company won't pursue a charge back because they want me to send the boots back, but the company won't respond to my email, so how can I begin the return process? Do not buy from these fraudsters!

I ordered 2 sweaters. Neither arrived as pictured - the online pictures had a thick over-sized turtle neck, the ones that arrived did NOT. I asked for a refund per their policy. They offered 10%, i refused. They then offered 20%, i refused. They then offered 30%, i accepted since i was not getting what their policy stated and did not want to argue. I will NEVER purchase again from this china shop!

SCAM!! This website is a complete scam. They advertise Italian leather boots, handmade in Brooklyn. What you get, after almost a month, are cheap plastic knockoffs made and shipped in China. Additionally, they supposedly offer a 30 day money beck guarantee and then refuse and instead want to offer a discount for said purchase.

I would not purchase from this company I bought a pair of boots from their website which look nothing like the boots that they are advertising. I payed $75 for them. The boots I received are so cheaply made, and the material is junkie.They did not fit properly and they had a bad odor. I tried to speak to the company about returning them. They are telling me to keep the boots and they will refund me 20% of my purchase, which is not acceptable. I don’t want to keep the boots. I want my money back. So then they are telling me I will have to pay over $30 to return. I feel like the business is not reputable and I would warn you not to purchase from this company. I have sent many emails regarding a refund. I would even accept $50 back which is still a $25 loss. I have never heard of anything like this before do not order from this company.
