Absolutely diabolical. Wilko nation from rattler cider told me to join it was a cult of something sinister. He exposed himself to geese after supporting this club always the victim never to blame

Absolute joke, became a club member, then they decided to stop my membership but not refund me. So i've paid but don't get any of the benefits. They say they have refunded me but i've received no money and all they tell me is to check with my bank. My bank have confirmed no money has been refunded but Liverpool FC don't care. They take your money but you get nothing in return. Waste of time being a member anyway as you can't get access to tickets as you would have had to go to a game 3 years ago to get tickets to a current game against Derby County. It's virtually impossible to get tickets. The club is a joke and the customer service is a bigger joke. Don't let them take your money like they did with me

I purchased a Liverpool 95-96 t-shirt for the upcoming season however was quite surprised when it came to shipping!

Awful- was waiting over three weeks to deliver to Norway. Not acceptable

The club are not happy with taking massive profits for the merchandise… they also insist of ripping us off with massive profits on the postage, huge postage yet they use Hermes , the cheapest and worse parcel delivery company in the U.K. !
Shameful…rip off of loyal fans !

My husband and son are disabled, we shielded for 18 months because of covid 19, and my son has been a loyal supporter of Liverpool FC, and no one can drive in our house for medical reasons and we have no transport or support nearby to help us, and my son could not afford Liverpool FC membership fees, because he can not work because of his disability, he really wanted to go to Wembley stadium to the caraboe cup , to support Liverpool FC, and to see his grandfather and grandmother as they live near Wembley stadium, he has not seen them for a very long time, he feels that the rules are unfair, because of covid 19 we could not go on public transport as his dad is clinically extremely vulnerable, and I struggle to go most places to because of my eyes and feet , he is absolutely gutted

Tour of Anfield is a great experience, Guides are full of knowledge and very witty. Never once was rushed to move along and could take as many photos and videos as you liked.

Well worth a visit for Liverpool fans or just football fans in general.

Appalling service. Wouldn't respond to emails about my lfc shirt I ordered before season started. Took them 2weeks to reply after many many emails and then wouldn't even compensate for their mistake, just a BS excuse. Terrible from such an iconic football club and if they want me to go to sports direct to help Newcastle out I'm happy to 🤣 lfc online will not get my business again

Visited the stadium yesterday for the tour, i was blown away. fantastic experience. The tour guide Kenny made it a more memorable experience, that bloke deserves a bonus - banter was top quality. Thank you

Purchased about 3x from this company and always had fab service.
Just ordered again for my husband’s birthday in January. Ordered during the Christmas period and order arrived just a couple of days later. Cannot fault the Liverpool online shop. Will continue to purchase gifts in the future with confidence

Don't know much about the sizes for kids but young polite gentleman in store advised and helped me, when I got the kits home were all fitting perfectly.

Have been buying online and at the club shop for years. In all that time never had a problem with sizes or quality.

In the club shop, even on a match day I’ve found the staff very helpful.

The stadium tour is a must for any reasonable minded football fan. Take off your blinkers and just enjoy Anfield for the history and magic of the place.

Recently purchased a shirt from the store online. Very easy and fast process. Service was Greta and delivery times wasn’t too bad either.

I am a fan of the club but I have recently had a bad experience with the online shop. I ordered two items couple of week ago for Christmas. Hermes lost the originals, made several phone calls to the online shop team. They tried to tell me the goods had been delivered as they had a signature. They then spoke to Hermes and they said it was a mis-scan and they would re-deliver the following day. On the 13th of December I made another phone call saying the goods had still not been delivered. I was assured that the goods would be Despatched that day and I would get them Monday/Tuesday of this week. As of yet they have not been despatched. 😡 I have emailed them and as of yet had no reply. Not happy.
