Bella Adams is not your usual pushy sales person. This is one of the main reasons that I went with Lloyd Energy. I felt I could trust her and she confirmed prices by email.

The actual transition from our previous supplier to Lloyd Energy has not actually happened yet, but to date they have been easy to deal with and explained the process well. All paperwork has been completed.

They also quoted the best prices. This is the other main reason we have gone with Lloyd Energy.

Had a great experience with Bella who negotiated a very reasonable price for our electricity contract moving forwards.

Lucky for me Ben made sure I understood that prices were about to go up from 01 July and got me all the information I required in order to sign the documentation to transfer our account in time. The new prices were much lower than II have been paying and its for 100% green energy, one of my requirements. The process was easy and Ben has a friendly manner. One issue was the quality of the phone line which was quite poor.

Gave me all the details that I wanted to change my other suppler and a figure for my electricity was better value for money.

I received a call from Ruby but I wasn't able to speak with her at that time. She then called a second time when we got part way through then I had to ask her to call a third time. She called as she had promised 3 times. She is very helpful, professional, courteous and understanding. She is a credit to her organisation and family. Thank you so much Ruby.

I have spoken with Ben Tennyson several times over the last months. He is very professional, has a lovely calm manner and is not at all pushy. He understands that at this moment in time as a local Healthwatch due to be abolished by the government we are not in a position to change contracts but he still keeps in touch to ask how we are doing at this very difficult time. It is a pleasure to speak with him and hopefully work with him in the near future.
