Mega Fast Policy Change
Amy in your customer service centre was great, I was requesting a change to my policy which I had half expected to have to pay for. She took all the details passed them to the insurer for confirmation and I had an updated certificate in about 2 hours. Unreal service, especially as you had to involve a 3rd party and all at no extra cost to me. Thank you

Great Service
During work hours a quick and efficient call with Jamie-Lea ensured I could continue driving my vehicle stress free. Within 7 minutes I had passed security, gained access to my policy and paid for a years renewal. From previous experience with other insurance providers I am very pleased with my phone call today and LLoyd Latchford group overall.

excellent service when making changes
Spoke to Lauren at about 4pm in the afternoon to make a change to my policy. Lauren explained everything and sent me over some questions to answer and send back. Next day by about lunchtime Amy Robinette responds to say the changes have been accepted and made. Great service from both Lauren and Amy, no complaints at all

My insurance documents were finally issued correctly…
My insurance documents were issued three days before car delivery with one of my additional drivers missing but the other additional driver duplicated. I immediately replied back and didn’t get a resolution until over 10 days later when I phoned my lease company to chase them. When they were contacted, Lauren immediately sent the corrected documents but there needs to be an explanation as to why it took so long to sort something so simple. The leasing company had provided the right names.

Professional and Efficient Service
I called first to enquire about a change to a policy and subsequently called again to carry out change. For the initial query Amy was very helpful and for the actual change Will was polite, professional and efficient. Very little wait time and quite refreshing to have a change dealt with and not have to wait in a queue.

Outstanding service from Danielle at Lloyd Latchford
I had a really positive experience dealing with Danielle at Lloyd Latchford. From the start, she completely understood what I was trying to achieve and was very quick to act.
What really stood out was how proactive and helpful she was in resolving an issue that wasn’t even related to Lloyd Latchford. She voluntarily reached out to the fleet company on my behalf and helped facilitate getting everything sorted, which I really appreciated.
Excellent customer service and a genuinely nice organisation to deal with. I’m very grateful for the support and help provided.

Super impressed with the speed of…
Super impressed with the speed of service from Lloyd Latchford so far. The EV lease company has created a couple of minor complications recently and the team at Lloyd Latchford have answered the phones very quickly and in an example this morning Ella immediately clocked what had gone wrong, reassured me all was well and said the new documentation would be issued soon - in fact - within the hour all the paperwork was sorted. Really pleased so far and thank you Ella for sorting things out for us today.
