I recently spoke with Paul Fairweather from Lloyd Latchford, and I have to say his service was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process very straightforward. Paul took the time to clearly explain everything, sorted out my issue quickly, and kept me fully informed throughout.
It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and efficient — he made what could have been a hassle feel effortless. A credit to Lloyd Latchford and a great example of how customer service should be done.

Fast and courteous
The efficiency in which this company dealt with a request from myself to make some changes to my policy was great. Emma Heaton responded to my initial communication very quickly. Within 24 hours she had resolved my issue and my policy had been updated and sent back out to me.

Contacted Lloyd Latchford and spoke with Danielle W. Danielle was able to take ownership straight away without any delay and communicated back to me that she would be straight back in touch if there was any issue.
In less than 30 minutes, Danielle had not only sorted the problem but had an email straight over to me with an update and happy to say it was sorted without delay!

Excellent service
I received a Welcome Letter with an invalid Certificate of Insurance as the dates were in the past and therefore incorrect leaving me effectively uninsured. I spoke to Emma at LL and she called the leasing company and rectified the situation and had valid documents send to within half an hour as promised. Emma was excellent. I am grateful to her for reinstating my insurance policy.

No attachment to email
I’m afraid I urgently needed my insurance certificate with my new address to cancel my parking permit but the email I received saying ‘see attachment’ had no attachment and I got no response to my reply. Most likely because it was late on Friday when the email came through but it had meant I can’t cancel my parking permit in timely manner.
