I had today the need to contact Lloyd and White to discuss two issues with our Aberdyfi Players Noda Scheme policy

Sarah Cardwell (Sarah Marshal) answered the phone promptly. She carefully listened to my two queries and gave clear advice on both.

The first was about a possible insurance claim for a damaged electronic piano. She explained what I needed to do.

The second was about cancellation cover . She quickly found our policy and explained it was termed abandonment .

Within minutes of finishing our conversation she emailed me our policy wit Abandonment highlighted.

I had copied an email address down wrongly I emailed her and got a quick reply with a correction.
