Customer service call cost me over £9 - avoid this company like the plague!!!
Ref Order ID: 50105734. Ordered Kaba Cleansing Silicone Lock Lubricant at £9.99, this was delivered with other items in timely fashion. However the spray can was defective and would not work, I rang the companies customer service phone number 0845 230 0201 to obtain a replacement. However I was disappointed that the call to locksonline.co.uk had cost me over £9 on my mobile phone bill, I am disgusted by this companies profiteering from me trying to obtain a replacement for a defective product.

Terrible service
Terrible service, too interested in profiteering rather than looking after customers interests.
Ordered items to be delivered to my home.
In the end they were not suitable so I organised a return and requested refund.
They withheld 25% of the refund claiming that it was a business purchase. Whatever difference that makes anyway! They were standard items and not special orders.
I contacted them and explained that it was a personal transaction for my house but they refused to return the 25%. Too interested in making £35-£40 profit out of individuals rather than looking after customers and adhering to consumer contract regulations

Terrible company
Terrible company, I ordered a lock for a customer, paid for faster delivery, lick still hadn't arrived after a week, phoned them to be told the lock has to be "made" & will take another 10 days, I requested a refund, ordered the same lock from a different company, received it the next day

Now that we have been able to locate your order by receiving your order number, we have been able to check on this and can see you ordered a product we specifically state will take a number of weeks as they are built to order and not off-the-shelf items. This is in a bold notice in the product description so do not feel we have done anything wrong in this instance, it would not be in our interest to hide this information.

Good choice of cabinet furniture.
Looked on line and found this company as I was after cupboard handles for my kitchen. Superb choice of handles and even better several sizes of the same design which I found difficult anywhere else. Ordered up 31 which all came well packed and with screws to fit them. Very pleased.

Speedy delivery and great technical support
