Great Service.
Found the time I needed quickly on their website, easy to order and turned up pretty fast despite COVID being in full swing.
Liked the fact that the website puts a face to a name and gives you an option of a specific contact for a specific type of enquiry.

Did the job !
Exactly what I required to replace a faulty hinge although the holes in new hinge were in a slightly different place to old one which required new drilled holes.

It took 3 separate deliveries to…
It took 3 separate deliveries to fulfill the order But one part - clips -
needed to make the drawer runners work was obsolete. Another pair of runners was sent but no clips as before. At this point I gave up and ordered elsewhere.

Avoid, very poor customer service
Ordered item on 22nd May, contacted them on 10th June and was told it has been posted and should be with me by the next Friday. Contacted them again on 26th June and I am now being told the item has been discontinued and they will refund me. Tried asking for a timescale for refund which was reluctantly given. Will wait take timescale then request a charge back through my bank. At no point have they contacted me to advise of any issues.
