It's bad for designers. I subscribed, then read on their forum that designs are being stolen from Logoground regularly (with examples given), and that their only response was "get a lawyer". So I emailed and asked them what they do to secure the designs from theft, repeatedly, and finally I got an answer: they said I was lying. Looks like a sweat shop, so deleted my my account.

Good selection of logos and I am happy with mine. Process was smooth and got files within few hours. Thanks.

After ordering I checked Trustpilot and was MORTIFIED. I had somehow entered an old and no longer active email as my contact email, and had submitted the order with a request to contact the artist directly with a mock-up of my EXTENSIVE changes and thought OMG! ~ this is not going to end well. WOW WAS I SURPRISED when, within minutes LogoGround had 1) replied to my email 2) changed my contact info and sent me a PW reset link 3) put me in direct touch with the logo artist. Within eight (8) hours I received my revisions and I am 100% SATISFIED. I'd suggest the company has fixed any problems they MAY have had and, based on my expereince, they deserve FIVE STARS.

I got one response from the designer saying he'd be happy to work with me... then nothing. I sent 4, 5, 6 emails to Logoground... not a single response. They won't respond to emails because they know I'm asking for money back. They've been reported to my credit card company.

Very bad platform for designers too, after have notification about logo sold, I cant even login and not paid for my logo.

the best place to sell logos I've come across. However, you have to be more selective in accepting new designers.

Love the platform, this is where you can get the best logos available. this platform is really inclusive for all designers and all the clients. but the problem is it's really hard to find the suitable logo based on keyword, for example if you trying to search a bear logo, you will also find another animal or another logo that doesn't match the keyword you've search appeared on your search pages. this leads into the clients being confused and disoriented and the designers are difficult to get their logo sold.

As others have said, stay away from these crooks.

I made a purchase and was not given access to my files for weeks, which resulted in me having to go in a different direction with my projects and in turn requesting a refund. Turns out they do not stand by their 'Money-back guarantee' in any way and instead will just not answer emails.

Logo Ground does not seem to have fully grasped what a logo is. So for buyers out there, it is recommended to find another platform or a freelance logo designer. For pro logo designers, you should definitely consider another platform if you value your time and reputation. The experience of interface, customer service and the system of design validation is poor and incompetent.

Initially I thought it was a bad experience because there was no communication from LogoGround. Nothing. Then, I realized that I had made a typo on my email address and of course, they weren't able to contact me. When I reached support for them to fix the typo on the email address on my account, then the experience turned into a very positive one. Excellent service. I am happy with the new logo for my company Spent Life. The process was really straight forward and I would definitely recommend LogoGround.

Wow! What an excellent experience. The site is great, the selection is amazing and once you purchase a logo, you immediately get to work with the designer to customize it. It was such a smooth process with an incredible result. My customized logo is exactly what I was envisioning and I will proudly display it for years to come. Biggest exclusive logo sale site till now

Tried to purchase a logo and could not even complete the purchase. I'm beginning to believe this is either a scam or run by completely incompetent people.

This platerform is a disaster! The designer is not finishing the logo that costs me 400 euros and never answer my messages on their website!
When I am asking the website Logoground.com support to ask the designer to finish the work, their answer is that I have to ask the designer directly! I can not start the marketing campaign because the logo is not finished! Be very careful before to buy a logo on this website as you might have similar problems and the support will not help!

Hopefully I will finally get the logo finalise. Also I will add the name of the designer soon so you do not buy logos from him!
