I have received my chimney pillar candles in perfect condition, the quality of the candles are outstanding and the delivery was quick and handled with great care.

I have used london candles for years now ,perfect service ,arrive next day ,lovely guy ,cant fault this company .

I personally had some issues with my goods , but found the company to be incredibly helpful in resolving , collection was arranged and completed. I have no issues recommending the company for their service.

Ordered a bulk order of 8 hour tea candles from londoncandles.uk at just about the best price I could find anywhere on The Net.

Payment method was fast and efficient and the order came earlier than expected via Fed Ex.

Delivery was good, but the only downside was a pointless SMS message giving me alternative delivery options as when I tried to access the link I was given a message stating there were no options for this delivery. Why sent me SMS if the options weren't available?

Not sure what the situation would've been in an emergency if no one was there to accept the parcel and not sure who sanctioned the options policy.

Perhaps London candles ltd could look into this.

I use tea lights for keeping my coffee warm. These tea lights are far better than I can purchase at local shops. They last FAR longer, and therefore they don’t waste all the aluminium used on tealights of shorter duration. The wick is thick and the flame is full. (this is getting to be a poem). I g0t so IRRITATED with the shallow, insipid, tealights bought elsewhere that hardly last one coffee cup’s length for keeping my beverage warm. Stick with London Candle Company and you will be saving the environment a lot of aluminium.

Excellent service. Order sent out and received speedily despite it being ordered between Christmas and the end of December 2022. Was able to track delivery. The tealights were well packaged. The tealights do last at least 8 hours. I will definitely buy from this company again. 5 stars

Ordered Bio-Ethanol for outside fire bowls and 13hour candles in white terracotta pots. Excellent quality at good prices. Will definitely be a returning customer and will try other stock also.

Ordered 100, 8 hour night light candles for use in soya melt burner. Excellent price, delivered the next day. They do what it says, burn for eight hours. Great company and service.

I was very happy with my order. My order was n 2 parts and I was kept up to date with every part of the order and reasons on why it was in two parts.

This is the second time i have ordered pillar candles from the London Candle Company. They are great candles, the burn evenly and have a lovely golden glow as they burn down, they are well made, no problems with the wick as they burn down - just really good quality. Some ivory candles discolour and yellow but these don't, they keep their clean ivory hue which is great when they are 300mm tall. Also good value which always helps. 3 wick giant pillar is great!

Ordered 2 sets of candles, good comms that one set would be delayed. Also we found that the set we received was damaged - of course frustrating but Jon was very quick to respond and rectified the issue speedily.

Excellent product, very happy and will definitely buy more in the future
