Applying for an HMO license is to put it politely a bit of a minefield. You can choose to step on a mine which potentially can cost you money or even worse or you can work with Richard and his team. In only three days I went from anxiety and ignorance to submitting a professionally written and executed submission. I cannot recommend London Property Licensing highly enough. Professional, fast , calm and detail orientated.
