Very professional

Useless, made an order of 4 panes, told card machine broke but they took order and said would contact me once ready for payment, in the next week or two. 4 weeks later no contact so went to store and told order was being sorted but waiting for something, another 4 weeks later no update or contact. Thank the lord I am replacing steamed up windows and not smashed panes. Also Thank god their card machine was not working as I would be out of pocket by £500 plus. A completely useless team and disappointing experience.

Excellent service from quote to fitting had all my windows replaced for new everyone involved was friendly helpful and professional, Pat was brilliant asking how I wanted everything to look and offering suggestions so I get the best result the guys who came to fit the lintels were friendly helpful and did a good job and cleaned up once done, the window fitters were amazing too fitted the windows well cleaned up and also helped with a few other bits while here. All In all 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend using this company.

Long Eaton Glass Ltd is a fine, reputable company. I felt happy and comfortable when they were fitting my recent replacement glass units.
I had recently trusted a builder friend who recommended his glass fitter linked to another Derby company. I'd had 2 new windows fitted and what a mistake that was. Yes, they were cheaper, but talk about a bodged job. The list was endless, scratches on the glass, trim chipped and filled with silicon to hide. Also 2 units had been made the wrong way round and would have eventually failed. Patrick from LE Glass Ltd noticed this and so I was able to get the other Derby company to replace them before paying.
So when I needed a further installation, I was so glad to use Long Eaton Glass Ltd. It's just not worth the hassle going anywhere else. So Long Eaton Glass Ltd will always be my go to company.

Long Eaton glass replaced 12 blown double glazed units in our house (3 in the conservatory roof which was challenging). Top class service from quotation to installation by Scouse, Colin and Tom. Just a quick message to let you know how pleased we are with the work completed on our house – and, in fact, the whole process throughout the estimate, measuring up and the installation.

There was no “heavy sell” or pressure during the estimate process when we were visited by Pat. Just pleasant conversation and suggestion, clearly laying out the alternatives and cost implications, with no pressure on us to make decisions. All questions were answered clearly and we were able to make our own decisions on exactly what we required.

Once we had decided to go with Long Eaton Glass, Pat returned with Nathan (one of the fitters) to accurately measure up each window, done quickly and efficiently.

The installation was done quickly, efficiently and without major disruption, with the two operatives (Nathan and Paddy) cleaning and tidying up as they progressed leaving each room, and the house at the end of each day with no evidence that they had been there (except for the new installations). All work was finished off to the highest standard, and faults remaining from when the previous windows were fitted were completely rectified and corrected.

We are very pleased with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Long Eaton Glass to anyone considering having replacement windows or doors, or replacement glass.

Brilliant service from this company. Needed to have 2 failed double glazed window panes replaced. Work all done within a week to a very high standard. Will definitely use again should the need arise.

We appointed Long Eaton Glass to replace six windows, from our first contact they were knowledgeable and helpful while providing a no nonsense competitive quote. The installation work carried out by Nathan and Paddy was done to a very high standard (in sub zero temperatures) with outstanding attention to detail nothing has been too much trouble even taking the time out to resolve a long standing issue with our existing front door.

I would have no hesitation recommending Long Eaton Glass or using them again in the future.

I had Long Eaton Glass to replace three long panes of glass in my inside front door.
The two men who did the work Paul and Aaron were extremely professional and it was easy to liaise with them about what they were doing and why, it was obvious the two had a very good working relationship I can highly recommend Long Eaton Glass.
I would also like to say I had a lot of problems in the run up to the job being done and the people I spoke to regarding this were very helpful. I would especially like to thank Bradley for his patience whist I was deciding what to do. If could give Long Eaton Glass 10 stars I would. I forgot to say that the guys cleaned up before they went as well, I was very impressed.

Long eaton glass fit three windows and a door for us. From the outset they were great, not trying to pressure us in to buying any windows or doors that we didn't need. When installing they were friendly and professional throughout, even taking five minutes to fix our front door that we weren't even getting replaced, I didn't even have to ask!
