About the mini dragon egg I've been using Lookah products for like I don't know 7 or 8 years and maybe 10 years, I got that bum mini dragon egg but they're sending me one out I just sent them a quick ton of video you know it doesn't power on and I didn't have to do an RMA but yeah typically there's stuff works pretty good and you know this was simple it wasn't a big hassle

Customer service was so helpful and kind! They were direct with instructions and very thorough! Best customer service ever!

At first I had my doubts because I had an issue with my order but Lookah has such professional and courteous customer service that they made everything right at lightning fast speed! They have the dopest ash catchers I've seen at a very reasonable price and are my FAVORITE glass pipe art company this far! Theyre slides and bowls are also very unique and affordable! My battery wouldn’t ready the cartridge and they are sending me a new one no problem!!

I bought 2 Snails. They didn't work properly so I emailed Lookah. CUSTOMER SERVICE was prompt to respond. They made getting replacements easy and fast. I expected that I would have to mail the old Snails back. I just video taped what the problem was and I got an email this morning that my replacement Snails are on their way! Makes me love my Snails and Lookah even more!!

I absolutely love this company. Their customer service is top tier! I have multiple devices and if i have had an issue they have resolved it quickly. I own a seahorse pro, a seahorse pro plus, the octopus, and now a mini dragon egg. If you are searching for a Puffco but that price tag is extremely too high...? Get the unicorn. I don't have one but have tried both devices and the unicorn is just as comparable but so much more affordable. Plus the coil bucket options are awesome, they really can elevate the experience. I suggest this option ANY time i hear someone talk about a Puffco. Lookah is just the way to go when it comes to dabbing instruments.

The customer service is always 5 stars. But there is room for improvement on product quality control. Would rate higher otherwise.

Well, not the folks at Lookah!!! They reached out to me almost immediately! They didn’t give me the run around. We correspond a couple of times via email without delay. I provided the couple of bits of information that they needed and then BAM! My new Lookah was on the way. It arrived quickly and works just fine. I am a Lookah loyal customer now and am already recommending them to friends. Thank you Lookah for your outstanding service. I’ll be back!
