This is my 2nd review as I have recently ordered my 2nd case as I just had too, they are all so nice and so hard to choose a design and I just want them all! I live in the UK and have only just found these after using pop sockets for a good few years, the delivery was 4 days and tracking was great as I got text messages they even came a day early, I will continue to purchase these beautiful cases and I just love the handy loop as I can carry a lot more stuff and more importantly I can use both hands to get up my stairs with the hand rails due to a having a back problem, thanks for bringing these cases to the UK

Ordered 2 cases and returned one because changed mind. (shipping charged deducted from refund) Cases are cute but I felt they were flimsy and over priced for what they were. Had case on a brand new Iphone for a week and now the screen is destroyed. Below is the response from the company-Not impressed with this product and would not advise purchasing as it is literally like not having a case on your phone.

I bought 2 items from this company, only one turned up. After several emails I would get the occasional reply on how they couldn’t help me cos they didn’t pack a packing receipt. Customer service is awful. Quality of cases is equal to cheap eBay. Avoid

I loved the first case I bought. The loop on the back is great to hold onto. I bought a 2nd case because I wanted to trade out for a new look when the mood struck. After a couple months, the loop on the new one kept coming out on one end. Not sure if loop was defective or hole was slightly too big. My biggest complaint is when I tripped and fell on concrete sidewalk and my screen cracked. No protection. Phone didn't even fall from great height nor did I land on it. Very disappointed in lack of screen protection. Not sure why I waited so long to give a review. Just felt like others needed to know.

I love my loopy cases and will continue to buy from them in the future! One thing I would suggest for first time buyers is to not waste money on overnight or two day shipping. I’m not sure why this company even offers that, anytime you order, no matter what kind of shipping you choose, will be at least 4-5 days until you get your package. So don’t bother with that! Other than that, great product

I was so disappointed with not only the case but the support was horrible. My case was dropped 12 inches from the ground and the case didn't protect it. My screen broke. This was within a week of buying the case. It took me almost a month to get a refund and then they kept $15.00 from my refund for shipping. So much for 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

Phone case was lovely, white opal style, within less than 6 months it's ugly yellow and exactly like others have said, they don't care and offer you a discount on a new case. £50 down the drain, ridiculous price for something that's lasted 6 months.

For an expensive case, this has a short lifespan. The loop snapped within 6 months - these have a lifetime guarantee so I thought it would be fine but they don't reply to emails so the guarantee is worthless.

Avoid!

Does not support wireless charging and does not stay put on a car charger/holder. Having to take the case off everytime to charge the phone wireless or put it on your car holder was very annoying. The edges on the case are not as raised as I expected and didn't trust the case for protection. After a month of use I went back to my Ghostek case for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. On a positive note, Loopy cases are cute and the loop comes in handy when used. But that's about it!!

they have horrible customer service. there’s no phone number and they never respond to emails. Bought a pink case and it has faded in color big time.

Non-existant customer service. No way to reach them by phone. Your only option is email, and you never hear back. Like other review-ers have said, they make you pay for return shipping, regardless of whether it was your order or their mistake.

Misleading stock photos. Customer service is a joke. Be careful about the advertised 'free' returns. They make you pay for shipping regardless of whose fault it is.

Received my camera lens covers this morning, they look great and will keep my camera on my new phone safe!

I’ve been using these for years. Not only is the product great, but the service is too.

I bought a case once that looked great online, but not in my hand.

They let me return it & exchange for another without any shipping fees.

Recently, I needed to make a warranty claim (this is my 3rd or 4th case, and my first problem).

Apparently the iridescent cases tend to fade over time, and sometimes peel.

My purple one was peeling badly, and my loop was tearing. They have a one year warranty and stood by it without any qualms. I was a day or two over the one year mark, and it was never mentioned.

I sent pics of the peeling and they told me to pick out a new one up to X amount- the same as I paid. I could upgrade to a fancier one, but would need to pay the difference. That’s fair.

I was kind of iffy on how a particular new color looked, so I requested the Pantone numbers.

I had it within hours and was able to make a decision. After I informed them, it wasn’t a very long wait until I received my new case/loop.

Very quick & responsive customer service, whether it’s an exchange or warranty replacement.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

FYI - it is not good for your hand muscles to let the phone dangle on your pinky so you can carry ‘one more thing’.

Hands down the best phone case I have ever owned I used to break my screen all the time ever since I've had the lippy case I do not break my screen and it is so nice to have the hoop on the back 100% best Buy

Recommend to everyone of all ages!!! I received the Abalone iridescent edition Loopy case for Christmas for my iPhone 13 and I believe it may just be my favorite gift of the year!!!! The Interchangeable Super Loop is amazing!!! I can now carry all my shopping bags inside while holding onto the loop on the back of the case! The pattern “ABALONE” is even better in person!! It is very colorful and vibrant!!! I cannot say enough GREAT things about this case!!! Besides if you have NEVER had a Loopy Case… you are missing out!! It’s mind blowing how functional the loops on these cases are and the quality of these cases is awesome… fully protects your phone. You cannot get any better. Go buy you a Loopy Case.

The company has a 30 day warranty and they’ll replaced any damaged cases, I’ve had my case for a little over a month and my pink case is now gray and I contacted loopy for them to make it better because I couldn’t believe my pink case was already gray and they simply want to give me a discount code.. seriously loopy do better! Do not buy these cases the color sucks within a month your case will look like you picked up from the trash. Never again.

I loved it at first, I saved up for close to six months for an iPhone 12, and loopy was my first choice case. Bad choice sadly. My phone is shattered, and the damages are huge. So thanks a lot loopy. The funny thing is the screen is hardly broke, and I had no screen protecor, but the back is shattered, where loopy should've protected.

Waited 2 weeks for the loopy case and the super speedy shipping is BS! Customer service is a joke takes a day or two for a general response. Case arrived and guess what it doesn’t accept wireless charging! Take the phone out is their answer but seriously isn’t that what you buy a case for! Our 3 expensive autos have wireless and yep the case doesn’t work. Now they expect me to pay for return shipping! Don’t waste your time buy something else.
