I just received the third item I have ordered from Loren Hope. I have been extremely pleased with each item.
Here's why I'm posting a review now.
I have a pacemaker/icd which was engraved on the bracelet. On the afternoon that I ordered it, a gentleman from Lorens Hope called me to make sure I was aware that this bracelet has a magnet, and may not be safe for a person with a pacemaker. I assured him that my implant would be perfectly safe, but I was very impressed that they actually called me to confirm it. That tells me this organization truly cares about their customers.
I like to change out bracelets, so I will be ordering more from them.

I have been ordering and wearing beautiful pieces of jewelry from Loren Hope for years. I also have been gifting it to friends and family. The artistry in each collection makes their jewelry so unique and I receive compliments on it all the time. So excited to wear my new earrings during the holidays!

I am a big fan of Loren Hope. I've been purchasing from them for several years, and as time as passed the pieces have become even more special to me. I recently purchased the Azra necklace and the citrus charms, and they are gorgeous.

I'm surprised by some of these bad reviews as ordering and shipping has never been an issue.

FRAUD!!!! Warning --- do not purchase anything from Loren Hope. They do not follow the UCC and perpetrate FRAUD on customers. We purchased items on Black Friday. Once received, the items were not the quality that we expected. Upon communicating we were going to return for full refund, they told us we were only allowed a site credit as their Black Friday policy. Well - that is total BS because no where in that Black Friday purchase agreement was there any indication of such a policy; and they were attempting to get us to agree to a change in the original purchase agreement to accept site credit only. Then they claimed that "credit only" return policy was listed in their terms and conditions. Well, Loren Hope those terms and conditions are not specifically listed on the purchase agreement (order form) as they need to be and instead were tucked in some other part of the site. THIS IS FRAUD! LOREN HOPE - you are such horrible people to be placing that FRAUD out on to a purchaser who do not know their rights and you commit fraud on every purchaser because you do not make those terms clear from day on and on the same order form as a term of the sales contract that must be agreed to individually like by checking a box. LOREN HOPE - you are not a trustworthy company and should be ashamed of yourself. All the work you do on your products means nothing when you cheat people. READ THE UCC LOREN HOPE and STOP CHEATING PEOPLE. Just so all purchasers are clear, such terms as a no full refund and a "credit only" policy must be agreed to with particularity at the time of the original purchase agreement or sale. If they tell you there is such a policy after the purchase and you did not know because it was not communicated to you on the original sale form, dispute that with your credit card company because they must make that individual proviso a separate condition of the original sale. So do not accept their offer of "credit only" - you must fight you right to allow the original sales contract stand. You must tell Loren Hope you reject that new term to the original sales contract. If you do not and you accept their new term to the original sale contract, you are stuck with the new terms of a "credit only" return when you never had to do that - you have rights here! We will never purchase anything or do any business with Loren Hope because they are cheaters and lie to their customers. Be careful and know you have rights.

When I received an email for free 2 day shipping, I assumed they would follow their standard shipping times in order for the items to be delivered on time for Christmas. NOPE. I get an email two days later with tracking, with the package now arriving after Christmas. The day after I place an order, I receive a separate email saying it’s the last day to order for Christmas delivery with overnight shipping. Had I known they were not going to honor their shipping timelines, I would have placed a separate order with overnight shipping to get the items in time.

Their customer service responded that they were closed on Monday, giving them one less shipping day and that they were inundated with orders so they couldn’t get the products out on time. They could have upgraded the shipping at their cost or contacted me to let me know that the items wouldn’t arrive on time unless I were to upgrade to overnight shipping. As a small business owner, because the delay was on my end, I would have upgraded to overnight shipping at my expense. I would have also shipped out another order that would arrive on time, while recalling the original shipment from UPS.

Like another reviewer stated below, it seems this company only cares about money, not retaining sales or customers. If they had chalked it up and spent a little more on shipping so that the package would arrive on time, they would have saved a $400+ order from being refunded and their being out the shipping expense. Once the package arrives, I will be returning it, as it will arrive after Christmas and I will be looking elsewhere for a replacement gift that will arrive on time.

My lemon slice earrings came promptly and look as described/shown. However I expect 30 days to make a return for the full refund price. Perhaps I should be more diligent about checking return policies before purchasing but the return policy from this company is awful. They only accept returns for full refund after 7 days of receipt, they charge a 10% restocking fee, and you must pay for return shipping. For such an expensive product I would not expect such a poor return policy. I'm in the middle of planning my engagement party and could not get around to returning the earrings within a 7 day window and now will be forced to keep them even though they don't suit my outfit.

Always quick delivery, the way they wrap and package with the cloth bags is unique and useful. My go-to for fun well-made jewelry gifts. Thank you and a great experience.

Great quality and unique designs! I’m an earring girl. Have always shopped at a jewelry boutique in my home city! After ordering my multi colored heart earrings, I was hooked! Great packaging and excellent customer service. Look forward to ordering again!

Loren Hope is such a treasure. I buy this jewelry for me of course, but also because I know these items will be something that I am able to pass down. My most recent purchase was for the Willa earrings in Emerald. As a redhead, this shade just pops against my hair. Love them so! If you are a fan of LH Designs, I also recommend being a part of one of her jewelry workshops...such a special treat to be in Loren’s presence, talk to her about her love of design, her inspirations and have her assist you with your own design. I can see that alot of thought went into the craftsmanship of the making of the pieces. Very Beautiful. Hoping they will not break. I use my jewelry every day. Test is in the wear. Will let U know. Ty WR

I made a purchase and on the day that my purchased shipped I noticed that Loren Hope was offering a 20% discount on all items. I contacted Loren Hope and inquired as to whether the discount could be applied to my purchase. Loren Hope responded by saying that due to them being a small company, they were unable to apply the discount. If Loren Hope is a small company, they certainly can provide a price adjustment.

I really liked all of the items that I purchased but based on principal, I decided to return all of the items. I made the decision not to support a company that did not value me as a customer but valued more the money that they had earned from me which was over $500.

Loren Hope says that their shipping is free but it isn't. When I returned the items, $10 was discounted from the amount that was refunded to me. It did not cost Loren Hope $10 to ship the items to me. Therefore, they should not have discounted $10 from my total refund.

Any smart business company would know that it is best to lose 20% in profit compared to losing the whole profit. In addition, don't say that shipping is free when it is not.
