Absolute rip off prices ,I had a quote to remove two tonne bags for nearly £800 ,the other was nearly £400...I used a local company which charged £180

Was contacted by a removal company minutes after uploading my request and by two more in the following couple of hours. I chose the first company as although it wasn't cheap it was significantly less expensive than the others. The two removal men had excellent logistical skills and were able to remove a large, heavy chesterfield sofabed out of an awkard hallway without dismantling it first. Impressive!

Two guys just been to collect a very heavy desk from the second floor! So polite, careful, considerate and on time! Straightforward to post the job and good response and reasonable cost considering we were stuck as charities unable to collect. Can't recommend enough. Thank you Love Junk

They came at 1 hour notice and offered a same-day service

Collection excellent. However LoveJunk process unacceptable. Ticked the ‘any time’ box understanding this to mean whenever suitable for both parties. No follow up. Collector turned up next day at 11.00am - Good Friday. This would NEVER have been acceptable. I was at church. Somehow collector opened two locked side gates to gain access to the items. Cannot thus recommend LoveJunk.

He put the price up despite my description of the items being accurate. He also came banging on my door without telling me when he was coming. I should have just told him to go away as his manner was very unfriendly.

They apologised in advance for running late. They also collected all the bags, including those over the number quoted for, at no extra charge.
