Fantastic company. Lovely bespoke gifts to suit all pockets. I was particularly pleased with the customer care. The company phoned to check re the inscription for my daughters 40th which is so reassuring. I couldn't spend loads but the gift I was able to buy fitted the celebration perfectly. Highly recommended.

The range of bags and jewellery is huge! The perfect website to surf when choosing a present.

I have ordered a range of items from Love Lula Bula, from a delicate charm bracelet for my birthday, to teachers gifts, beautiful leather wrap bracelet (for me!) and a soft and cosy star scarf which has been perfect this winter.

I placed an order for a bag and strap with lulabula. What an amazing shopping experience. Brilliant customer service, lovely bag and strap, loved the wrapping too. I have purchased two lovely handbags from Lula Bula(it’s been difficult not to purchase more,they have such lovely colours & straps!)The gift offer is a great idea & the free bracelet a lovely extra(I believe you now have the option of a free scarf).
Service from Sonia has been great,always keeping me posted & very prompt with getting orders ready(I needed one handbag for a certain date & this was no problem at all). I have also been able to take advantage of the collect option & Sonia has been very accommodating,being available on dates & times that worked for me.

I have ordered from this small business numerous times over the past 12 months & have always been extremely happy with the customer service & quality of the products, plus the free scarf offer currently available is a lovely little extra gift which I shall be wearing a lot. There is such a gorgeous variety of products to choose from & I would 100% recommend this small business to any of my friends or family x

I ordered an 18th gift for my daughter.. the chain is passable, but the card ..4 inches by 4 inches is pathetic.. along with an enclosed piece of wrapping paper 8 inches x 6 inches.. everything is so small, you'd need glasses to read the personalisation and is nothing like the presentation pictures. Be careful, I was expecting an 18th Birthday card and now have to go out and buy something that deserves an 18th gift.. it is not worth the £48.48 it cost me. Contents value At Best - £15.00. 2 days before her Birthday and I look like a cheapskate if I handed her that! Waste of money and wayyy over priced for what you get :(

Ordered a bag as a gift for Christmas and chose click and collect. The lady whose number was given as contact details was extremely helpful and accommodating as I had various mishaps and delays to myself picking up the present; always polite and helpful when I called!

Upon receiving the bag, I was very impressed with the quality and look of the overrall product. Very nice bag and the strap looked great! Was very happy with the product! Would definitely recommend :)

The delivery is always on time the gift boxes are so specially made for that person.
The jewellery is so well made my granddaughters absolutely loves what I get from here
I feel buying from a small business is so much better it’s the special touches that a big store does not give you.
