From us first looking at the site they where very helpful and friendly. As we were about to go away for 3 weeks they couldn't have been more patient. From ordering on a Sunday to delivered on the Thursday. Also have checked since to see if everything is OK. Exceptional service and fantastic quality suite.

Quick delivery - Really pleased with sofa -
One problem was that the delivery drivers damaged my front door . When they left it wouldn’t shut. .
Adam at Love my Beds was brilliant. .
Locksmith called and fixed within an hour and all made painless thanks to Adam’s communication and actions. .

It’s not too soft and not too hard; it is well-balanced. I’m also really impressed with the quick delivery, professional communication, and the helpful assembly service. Being able to pay in installments was a big help, too. I’ll definitely be recommending your company to others :)

Excellent communication came on the day as stated they were great asked which day would be more suitable could not fault anything about the sofa or delivery all as promised the delivery guys were very polite and thought full I have a huge cream rug they did not even step on it 😂 would 100% recommend

Good communication about delivery and the very easy assemble. Lovely sofa, comfortable, practical and beautiful.

We ordered Wednesday and after a quick WhatsApp they were happy to arrange delivery very quickly. And dropped it off Friday.

Amit & Faizan were fantastic, they helped get the sofa into our property and unbox all the parts and offered guidance on putting it all together. They even helped dispose of parts of the waste for us.

Will definitely be returning to get another piece of furniture for our other room and other things around the home.

Couldn't be happier with the product looks exactly as the website and is great quality.

Customer service was amazing from the start my partner messaged the team on WhatsApp at 8:30pm on a Tuesday they assisted him with all our questions we placed our order by 9:30pm and by Friday morning 8am it was delivered and set up by the team, quality couldn’t be better, colour is lovely and overall our experience was outstanding we’d definitely recommend to anyone buying a sofa❤️

After lots of research we found our sofa. We read all the reviews and felt confident to go ahead and purchase with this company. The website was easy to use and the communication once the sofa was ordered was great. We received regular updates and only had a two week wait compared to months with other companies. On the day of delivery the drivers/delivery men Amit and Faizan contacted us with a time and arrived promptly. They delivered the sofa and were very helpful with tips on how to put it together. It took my husband and son about 30 minutes, it was very easy and well built. We went for Moca and we were pleased with the colour and style. It’s a slightly firmer sofa but comfy and we love the headrest design and all in all it ticks all the boxes so we are very happy with it. I would definitely recommend this website to friends and family 🤩

I was sold used sofa. One of the basal supports was broken and it appears this was carefully packed to prevent someone noticing that. Also, the delivery was shocking. One of the guys was very rude. I almost asked then to return it and get me a better delivery services.

Everything was perfect! Fast delivery within the week I purchased the sofa. Supplier contacted frequently with delivery updates! Delivery was fast and efficient! The driver Sami was very friendly and put the sofa together in a timely manor. He also rang around 30 minutes before arrival giving time to make sure the area was ready. Can not fault the service and would recommend to anyone!
