Ordered an item - stated delivered via DX on 12th feb. Not received by me and no photo! Complained to DX they said contact sender - have sent two contacts- no response, so have no parcel and no refund? Very poor

LT33693 The only reason that this is not a 1star review is because of Elaine. Despite her best efforts, against their supplier and woeful shortcomings of their choice of courier ( DX Express), 3 weeks after order Im still without my order, and to be honest, no prospect or receiving it anytime soon. Firstly the warehouse missed my order placed on the 19th December, meaning that the item was now not going to arrive before Christmas, very disappointing. 2nd January now became the earliest delivery option, needless to say that came and went. Enter DX Express courier….delivery and schedule tracking for the 5th Jan provided. Duly stayed in and watched the tracking, the van came and went, but nowhere near our address for delivery. Tracking updated, and out for delivery following day, which was just a repeat of the previous day. Patience not at its highest level. Contacted Lovetiki with failed delivery attempts, ( is having the item on the van, the same as attempted delivery?) who then had to contact the supplier, supplier then had to contact the courier…..Still no prospect of actually getting the delivery Ild hoped for, back on the 19th December. Order cancelled for refund, items re ordered from elsewhere…..apart from Elaines support ( and thank you for that) consider ordering from elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

From ordering cups for use at a Christmas market for mulled wine and Christmas punch, right through to using them at the event, we have been delighted.
The designs on the disposable cups are amazing, they are recyclable, good with hot drinks and excellent quality.
