Experienced two more weeks of Love Yourself. Totally enjoyed the food, while shedding off some extra weight. Such a convenient way to be healthy, enjoy eating and control calorie intake. Thanks to Love Yourself Team.

I get the 3000 calorie performance meals. Most taste really good, now and then there's a real surprise and it's horrible. But I know it's healthy and I can see it's doing me good, so I can live with that now and then.
Living at the wrong end of the country, my order comes a day later, but still fresh, at least I think so. Would recommend for sure.

I've just finished my 6 days meal plan after deciding to give Love yourself another try. The reason is the food is amazing and I was hoping that the packaging and delivery outside of the M25 had been improved since I last ordered in June 2021. The packaging is greatly improved and the food is still amazing however I do see room for improvement. Not with the food that is excellent but I am on tenterhooks for my delivery arriving tomorrow, especially in this heat. I'm worried the food will arrive warm... I will let you know in my next review, if all is fine it will be a 5***** review for sure.

My deliveries are always on time, and food is delicious. I've lost weight thanks to the 1200 calories diet menu but will switch to 1500 calories soon. Very happy customer, thank you :)

I think it's a great idea so I decided to try it for a week. They use sweeteners, stabilisers etc in every other dish ( I guess to keep calories and costs low) but in my opinion none of this stuff belongs in healthy and balanced diet, so wont be trying again. Also there were hardly any fresh fruit and veg which I really missed.

First of all, the food is delicious and secondly the team is incredibly helpful, always trying to be flexible to help you. I couldn’t be happier ;

Wanted to be on a diet for 5 days and ordered a 5 days plan. First delivery was on Thursday evening for one day (meant to be for the Friday). Next delivery was on Sunday! So there was nothing for Saturday :'( Why wouldn't they deliver 2 days supply on Thursday?! IDK.
Next delivery was scheduled for Tuesday nothing was delivered even though tracker said the delivery completed. Support team responded that delivery person lost the order! They offered a redelivery that could happen earliest on Thursday (evening). In other words no meals for Wednesday and Thursday.
Today is the Thursday, recived couple of text messages: first text said "order is due to be delivered between 18:27 and 19:57"; next text message (delivered at 19:25) said that "delivery is due to arrive at 20:54". I have no hope that it will be delivered as it's 21:10 already... Very disappointed.

The best tasting meals and such great service, the team are always very accommodating. I have been a regular customer for some time now and never disappointed.

I am writing this now, as both my partner and I are going through a bad case of food poisoning from the Popeye Salad and the Cod. I am on the low-carb plan and my partner is on the performance plan. First my partner get sick after eating the cod and the next day me, after the tune salad.
I don’t want to talk badly about love yourself, since most of their meals are quite tasty and we would have had a good experience overall…. But now with this food poisoning… I don’t know what to say. Makes me wonder how fresh their fish really is …
The delivery people never ring our door, and always leave the food outside. We are always home for the time of the delivery as they send us texts in advance- but still they never actually ring the doorbell and just dump the food downstairs. There are no cooling packs in the bag - so maybe that’s why the food goes bad. I am subscribed to the 1 month plan, but am too scared now to eat any of the other food. If someone from Love Yourself reads this, please contact us as we would like to stop our orders with you. You can keep they money for the meals that your delivered, but we don’t want to continue anymore.

Great food delivered, it’s perfect for my lifestyle and what I would prep for myself in terms of macros! Great taste - best I have got to date and tried so many other companies. Of course, there are occasions that there is something I don’t like, but it’s only from time to time (e.g. breakfast with matcha) but hey 95% of meals are really yummy!

Very happy. Good good, always delivered. Helped us shift a few lbs!

The food is tasty and fresh.
I don’t need to think about preparing food as everything is ready to go.
The customer service team are very helpful and have responded promptly to any queries.
