Really impressed with variety and quality of food

Very mixed and inconsistent quality. Some things tasty and well prepared, others very strange (beetroot mousse for a morning snack) so it’s hard to predict. Delivery is good but heating instructions are minimal / vague and don’t always suffice.

Thank you so much for providing us with a delicious meal. We appreciate your cuisine and care.
May we ask to put fewer spices in our orders if possible? Especially the most strong - pepper and curry? Sometimes we experience difficulties with taking meals and sharing them with our children because they are too spicy.

The food is good but you need a microwave which we don't have so heating up in the oven often dries the food out. The menus are interesting and apart from smaller helpings we love to see what turns up each time.

Love Yourself's food is delicious and so well thought out. Even though the meals are healthy and low fat, they are packed with lots of flavour and incredibly more-ish. I was at first sceptical about spending so much on a weekly delivery, but it turned out to be very much worth it and I've recommended to anyone who would listen.
When I had a problem (my fault, not theirs) the customer service turned out to be second to none - i can't think of another company I've used who answer as quickly or as helpfully. I would highly recommend. 10/10.

The food doesn’t taste fresh or tasty. The pork mince meal on day 1 smelled like wet dog food. The chicken on day 2 smelled like eggs. I threw in the towel after that, no diet is worth this misery, I’ll try to calorie control on my own. Great concept though, if only the food tasted as good as it looks.

Just finishing four weeks with Love Yourself. It's been a really great experience. I'm vegetarian and they work really hard to make meals and snacks varied and tasty.
The meatless bolognaise – delicious. I loved the black bean cake and the baked oats are lovely.
Delivery is problem free too.

I’m trying the balanced diet (1500 calories) for the first time and have been really impressed with everything from ease of ordering to delivery tracking and friendliness of the delivery driver and had first day of meals today which were all super tasty, filling and didn’t make me feel like I was watching my calories. Would highly recommend to family and friends and have already signed up for another week of deliveries next week. Thank you!

I paid for a 5 day recurring subscription. My first day was supposed to be delivered on Thursday evening, and it was, and I was very happy with it - but my next delivery was supposed to arrive on Sunday night, and it never arrived, nor did I receive any notification about the delivery. Now it is Monday, and I have no idea if my Tuesday delivery will be arriving either. It seems that they are only planning on delivering one day out of the 5 days that I have already paid for, and of course, I will be cancelling my future subscriptions. The first day the food was good, but one day’s worth of food is certainly not worth £130! Even 5 days’ worth of food for £130 is expensive, but I was looking forward to trying this as a treat to myself...only to find out that I have essentially been robbed, and that they have no intention of delivering the food that I paid for. There is also no way to get in touch with them - the number on their website just rings, and they don’t respond to emails. I suppose I will have to call my bank and report them.

I am very disappointed in this service, and unfortunately, have to conclude that it is a scam. Avoid them at all costs.

I’m trying the Keto meals, I am really impressed with them so far. In the main they are really tasty, the meat is good quality and it’s great to try things I wouldn’t have tried myself. Having been on a strict low cal Keto diet I wasn’t sure if my weight loss would continue (1700cal), I’m pleased to say it has. Customer service has been great I had a leaking item and the staff dealt with it quickly. Good to see more cooking instructions are being put on meals. Thank you I can’t cook myself due to ill health and I’m really enjoying eating great food and still loosing weight.

Amazing food! It really opened my eyes to how unhealthy I had been eating (even though I thought I had been doing well!). I love the variety and I am super thankful to get so much time back in my day now that I’m not in the kitchen :)

I am so happy with this service. Fresh, delicious food, I never feel hungry - keeps me on plan Monday - Friday. Customer service great too.

I won a Love Yourself voucher thanks to doing a survey a while ago. I decided to try a one day option and chose the Vegetarian. I have to say I was impressed from receiving the delivery all the way until finishing the delicious healthy vegetarian food! I loved that the packaging is completely recyclable. I am recovering from major surgery and this one day plan filled me with so many vitamins and minerals and complete goodness!

It is my second time buying Platinum Plan. After a hysterectomy surgery I have been struggling with my weight and with the help of these gorgeous and delicious balanced food I am managing to loose weight and therefore killing inflammation in my joints and feeling more energetic. I am taking care of my body from inside eating the right kind and amount of nutritional, fresh and delicious food. Thank you very much for all your help and attention. Very much appreciated!
